Our staff is trained in the practises of OH& S safety standards with an eye on effective time management with the utmost respect for the customer’s wishes. Our sales team are fully trained on all the new machines as they hit the market to give them the knowledge and understanding of how these new products can be an advantage in the farming industry. They are more than happy to help any and all genuine farming equipment requests. Our technicians are kept up to date on all new products and receive comprehensive training at regular service schools. Our service department employs 7 staff including trade qualified technicians and a service manager who oversees the day to day running of the workshops, all who have extensive experience in the agricultural and construction industry.
Our dedicated parts manager is a trained parts interpreter who has extensive experience in the agricultural, outdoor power and construction equipment industries, and is fully aware of the cost of having a machine out of action and the ramifications it will have on your business. We provide after sales parts support for all our leading brands.
