Went into to buy a burger and chips at lunch time. Not quiet; not busy. Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be served. Totally ignored by the guys behind the counter. Left and went to another shop down the street.

My husband and I went to Stan's last night as they came highly recommended by my Mother. I regret ever stepping foot in this place.
My husband was served by an older man who was unnecessarily rude to him when asked if the chips were gluten free.
I am absolutely disgusted that this individual thought it was ok to belittle someone who has a medical condition.
I would never eat here again, nor would I recommend anyone support an established that thinks this kind of behaviour is acceptable.
have been back to Stans a couple of times and found the food has improved a lot will go back had to give them another go
