$39 and I found greasy hands all over the interior and exterior. I wish I could show pictures. Serves me right - should have done it myself.

Very disappointing. Firstly tried to charge me extra as a "large car" - a Golf, seriously??
Wheel hubs, door rims still dirty, rubber seals not even touched, had to stand over a very surly guy for 5 mins to get doors, seals, windows, etc attended to. They haven't even touched the door pockets/cup holders. Seriously poor service.
Never ever again.
Do not use this location, go to Brookvale or Mosman.

Helpful friendly staff. Quality of the clean depends on how busy they are. Attention to detail is sometimes over looked.

TERRIBLE! Paid $110 for a wax and detail. Incredibly disappointing work. Missed spots, wax not removed is some areas, carpets very poorly vacuumed, interior not wiped down and a protective cap was removed from the USB port in the car. I was told they would look for it and get back to me. This never happened.

New to the area. Decided to get there and see how it goes. By purpose I left a $2 coin and a screw in the door pocket to see if I could trust them. One of the two was gone. Guess which? And do not tell me it was vacuumed, otherwise the screw would be gone too. Dust inside the car and stains on the external. Was told the car need polish but then they removed one of the stain with a wet cloth. Never again.

Got the $85 special for a wash, vacuum cleaning and polish. Instead of $120 for a 4WD.
Job well done besides missing a little polish clean up on the hood and some dirt that looked like a scratch first but could be removed with some polish.

Also, check the rims if they are clean 360°. Quite often with those car wash places, the rims a fine looking down on them. But not the part that's at 12 o clock. ;-)

Did an ok job, not really worth the $65 for the Platinum as the interior clean wasn't very thorough.

I paid 55 $ and the Quilty of car wash was very poor. I would recommend it if the place were your last option.

Paid for a polish and got a dirty car back. They didn't polish the car at all because they mixed my car up with someone elses car.
Still had bird poo and bug guts all over the car and the vacuuming looked like it was done by a 2 year old.

Received great service today at Hornsby Star Carwash. Have been to a lot of carwashes including other Star Carwashes but these guys went extra mile while cleaning my ute. Their attention to detail is commendable, highly recommended.

The worst service I have ever experienced there. After receiving a text to say the carnwas ready we returned to no car being ready.. After a 10 minute wait we would shocked to discover my 7 year old would have washed the car better and when we pointed out a greasy residue on the door the guy wiped in with his jacket, not even a micro fibre cloth which would have avoided any scratches.
Will never be returning...

Wow is the word to explain the service, been to few Star Carwashes but here the bonus was half price detail due to weather and must say couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!!

Always give credit where its due.

Done a Platinum wash for $55 after a long 6,800km drive to South Australia and Victoria. They took all the dirt (there was a lot) and made the car looks like brand new.

Paid $65, first time visit with an emphasis on a vacuum(2 kids seats) don't care about the wash. One hour later I come back, and even before opening the door I could see half a biscuit on the kids seat. Had a closer look at seats, and they were not even touched by the vacuum. And to top it off they lost my parking ticket.
I called the manager over, showed him the evidence, he offered next time we will do a better job. Sorry mate, Piss Poor effort, once bitten twice shy, extremely dissatisfied.
I will be taking my business elsewhere, in hindsight, I should of read the reviews before visiting.

Paid a $150 for an extremely average basic wash & vac + 2 x very saturated but not very clean supposedly shampooed front seats. I won't be back & I don't recommend.

Best Carwash ever. They even unloaded my trolley. Now that's service. Highly recommended. They are on Target Carpark level.

Depends on what mood theyre in. Terrible one day and ok the next. Not really worth the dollars.

DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CAR WASH. I took my car in to Star Car Wash at Bondi Junction Westfield on Saturday and asked for a Platinum wash. As it was a underground car park it looked ok when I picked it up. When I checked it out in the outdoors it was the worst wash I have ever seen. The car was still dirty on the exterior and I don't think the interior was even touched. To add to all this they kindly left swirl scratch marks all over my black car - never in my 5 years of taking my car to car washes has it ever been scratched. I am absolutely furious but of course have no claim due to their "no responsibility" disclaimer. I am now up for an expensive detail to try and get it looking good again. An to top it all off they were just plain rude.

Terrible service, I paid 63 dollars and when my car was done thankfully I double checked and I had to ask them to clean a lot of things they did not. My boot they not even cleaned, it was exactly the same way I had left, inside the car in front OMG completely dirty I had to keep asking because they couldn’t notice the car was still dirty, still full of sand. They didn’t clean the doors inside the car, all the display was filthy still. And when I complained I could notice one of the staff irritated because I was asking to clean again.
OVERPRICED, I WOULD NEVER COME BACK

The worst wash I have ever seen. The manager was so rude, refused to refund my money or even wash it again. He said simple dirt I got off with my finger was not part of a platinum wash and could only be removed with polish. Look at the photos in my review, it shows how much neglect was taken!

I never pay for cleaning my car and do it myself. Got lazy and decided to give it a go. They did a great job, its a complete new car. Will come again.

Took my car there and paid $47 for a wash and vacuum. Due to the car park being very dark, I did not realise until I got home that they had not vacuumed the car at all. There were crumbs and wrappers all over the floor. It was in exactly the same condition as when I had dropped it off. I tried calling their phone number and it just rang out. Complete disgrace! These people are crooks.

Got my car clean for the first time as it was convenient. The service was terrible and what was worse, it left my car smelling like wet clothes that have been left for days. I can't believe I even paid premium for this. I warn you not to go here, there are much better places elsewhere for a cheaper price. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

3 hours and $55 later this is how my dashboard looks like. They didn't even bother wipe the inside at all. Total rip off.

Went to have my car washed and cleaned today. Wow I got a new car back. Thank you for doing such a good job inside and out. Car was ready on time - even got a text to say it was ready. What an amazing service. Will surely do this on a regular basis. The staff were amazing too, even tried to get rid of a scratch on the door. Thank you.

Mohit and his team are always fantastic! Professional, speedy service, excellently and gently cleaned to perfection. Mohit always asks how long you will be in the centre and ensures the car is ready for you when you are. The only car wash I would recommend!

Paid a premium for leather clean but all they used was their all purpose chemical liquid cleaner to give my leather seats a quick wipe. It didn't do anything. The owner is very rude and ignorant too. Don't get your car washed here. I've been to many different car washes venues. This one is by far the worst of the worst car wash I have ever experienced in my entire life.

I went in there because I wanted to give my girlfriend's car they good wash and vacuum buy a professional team and paid $55 only to find out when I got back that there were quite a few pieces that we missed although they got it back inside 30 mins I feel like they just did a rush job which makes me even more pissed off. Because I wanted to make her feel good I ended up having to finish off the job myself. Absolutely disgraceful charging that much for a service that you don't deliver.

Not sure how this place is still in business. You don't even deserve one star! Not hard to wash a car, but apparently it is here! there is still sand all over my back seat, dirty marks all over the car windows. (This is after I've asked them to clean what clearly hasn't been cleaned.)
The mats weren't even taken out, let alone vacuumed under. The back floor of the car wasn't even touched. No wonder you ask for payment before you hand the car back.

No stars! Only gave one otherwise I couldn't post this. I vowed years ago that I wouldn't return here but I gave them another chance recently. Terrible service, inside windows weren't touched, very expensive & bad attitude, nothing has changed since it started years ago. How do they stay in business?

VERY disappointing - left the car for a wash and polish, took it home and realised they had not polished the car. Took it back - no apology but agreed to polish it. Later went to pick it up and they had not polished any of the doors - which they denied. Took it home and polished the doors myself

Car wasn't clean properly, windscreen and bonnet still dirty as i left earlier.

Staff was too busy chatting and texting. That's why they didn't wash car properly.

When i requested to wipe using wet cloth; they told me that would cost me an extra money.

Basically, they just getting money by making the car wet and wipe it till dry then polish the tyres. Lastly, all the victim like me paying them for doing the job not better than kindergarten kids.

To all staff there: Please remember that your wages/salary comes from your customer money like me! not from your boss saving account.

STAY AWAY!- went there with sand on car floor mats and was told that I needed to shampoo them and have a $299 detailed wash to get the same out. He careful as they try and rip you off at ever chance they can get.

They lost plastic caps off my car then lied and said they weren't there to begin with. They also did a lazy job with the roof and the tyre shine was too wet and ended up all over the side of my car.

Worst car wash - quick to take money but the cleaning service is a piss take. I went for a full car wash and clean and I came back and the car that was untouched and was told that the cleaners cleaned the car thoroughly.

I'm certain standing there and looking at the car doesn't mean you washed it. I wouldn't recommend. It's cheaper and more efficient to wash your car yourself.

Worst car was I have ever had. I was robbed today. These guys received a dirty car and after 4 hours, returned a dirty car. I didn't even have to check anything, it was visibly dirty immediately. $65 for nothing.

You hadn't even started (literally, still as I left it) to wash my car in 1.30hrs (specified time). Had to take it unwashed. Worst car wash I've been to. You even put someone else's car mats in my car last time. Such bad operators and expensive!!!!!

I went to this car wash today to get my car washed . While I was leaving the worker convinced me to get it also polished for $95 in total. Left it for 2 hours. 3 hours later received a message advising that car was ready for pick up. made the payment without inspecting the car . As soon as I went next to my car realised that my car hasn't been polished since the cars paint was really rough advised the worker and he actually admitted that it hasn't been and told me if I left it for an extra hour they would polish the car for me . Avoid this place they are just out to overcharge people and not do what's promised .

Paid $55 for the worst car wash of my life... Staff said it would only take 1hr 30mins.. i called them when that time was up, had the worst service over the phone.. he said he couldnt locate my car with the rego plate i gave him, he said he'd call me back.. i received no call back and when i tried calling again it was a different guy and had no idea what i was talking about. Went downstairs to pick it up, staff said another 5 minutes but if i could pay on the spot. No worries... i still thought they would have cleaned it properly.. nope. The car is dirty, still has water marks all over it and a few spots here and there.. the interior was awful, they did a half-assed job.. a monkey could have vacuumed better. Do not take your car here. Waste of money. Terrible service. Awful experience, if i could give this 0 stars i would. Please do not waste your time or money.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Terrible wash both inside and out. Worse than that, I had my car key broken, one security door key moved to a different position on my key ring, and one blue security key removed and "lost". I can only assume keys were removed to be copied. After chasing twice I was told they had located my blue security key. I returned and collected it only to find it was someone else's blue security key. Key's don't just fall off key rings at car wash's. Blue security door keys definitely don't fall off two customers key rings at the same facility. This place is dodgy!!! I advised head office and they have denied any wrong doing. So my car is still dirty plus I have to get my car key fixed and the locks on my home changed. Just AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

After a long search for good car wash place, I couldn't be happier with this place. I have been going here for about 6 months now. Service has always been good and results are some of the best I've seen. I often see a line up of luxury cars being washed there so you know the drivers are comfortable leaving their cars in safe hands. Not sure if they are the cheapest price but I think they are value for money. We take all our family cars there and I have recommended this place to all my friends.

Paid $110 for a detailed wash plus polish and got handed a car that wasn't even vacuumed or wiped down with a cloth on the inside. I complained and then had to wait a total of 1.5 hours for a terrible result. Waste of money and time! Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.

If I could add half a star i would absolutely terrible service shocking job and worst money ive ever spent!

Worst experience I have ever had at a carwash! I paid $300 for a full detail, and what it was a poor quality carwash, lots of places missed, BUT the worst part was they tried to steal my iPad! I put it in the boot, and right before I drove off, I just checked to make sure it was still there, and it wasn't... So when I asked them where my iPad was, then they went and got it for me, saying, sorry, sorry, sorry...

I called to speak to the manager, and the lady that makes the coffee said that she is the manager, I told her the situation, and she didn't care at all, she just defended the employees..

I will never go back there again, I will tell everyone I know to also never go there.

The service was great on my car! Not sure what people are going on about on here - who cares if their cafe service isn't a dream, I didn't come here for the coffee. I got the $275 service on my new used car and it came out steamed, cleaned, polish and fresh. I got exactly what I was hoping for at the car wash

Nice men who work here, however I was not very happy with the service. The inside of the car looks great, however the outside does not look like it has been washed at all. Lots of brown rain stains all over the car. Mainly dissapointed as I was later able to get these off with my finger and a bit of water.

Terrible service it has been. 50 mins and they still haven't started washing the car. Who has time to wait for this..

Everytime I come here it is getting worse fix the staffing and customer service.

$45 to hand wash a large SUV in Sydney is cheap, even for the entry level wash. Presented in near-showroom condition. No complaints here. Recommended.

Came early Sunday so it would be quick. Car was hardly touched for 49 min. Only when I complained was it brought out and dried. Let me know when your service is better and I will come back.

Do not go there. Been there this morning and my husband vacuuming the car now. Horrible so-called wash and non-existing vacuum. The bird poo was left on car roof. The dirt was left around the doors and car boot. I had to inspect the car and make the guy wipe it all around the four doors, the boot and the sun roof. I can't believe they still have any customers left to run the business.

I showed up and no one was in the queue. An hour later I'm sitting here waiting for my car. Then I get in and the first thing I see is grass in the floormat. The car is two weeks old. This sucks.

Pathetic. Immediately greeted by hostile staff who told us we must have a premium wash to get it clean. Close to an hour later we got the car back, still dirty on the mud guards and side skirts, the interior hasn't had any form of a wipe down, only 'airblown' floors. We also had a ring STOLEN from the vehicle! When speaking to staff about the whereabouts of the ring, they immediately said there was never a ring and they will call if they find anything 'maybe'... no response since.

Terrible experience with star car wash.Greeted by a hostile staff. Paid $55 for platinum wash, still find sand on the mats and seats and grease on the door handles. Windows are not quite clean either. Never go back to this place. By the way, girls in the cafeteria are friendly and nice.

Pretty good. They take care of your vehicle, but they need to be a bit more thorough in their car washing.

Not great, have been many times. However, today I walked into the car wash area and saw a worker bashing a car floor mat on the side of a car...
I had some lovely words to say to him... I won't be back, which is a shame because my work is across the road, but definitely not worth it if that's how they treat cars.

Great wash, great customer service. Wash was thorough and reasonably priced. They accidentally damaged a floor mat, so they paid to get it fully replaced, plus gave a free wash on top. That's exceptional customer service in this country.. Will definitely be back!

They sprayed something on my window and have peeled my passenger window tint. When I returned the next day to show the damage they denied all responsibility and the supervisor said "what do you expect for $33 if you want a better job pay for a better service". He took photos of the damage and walked away from me denying his staff did anything wrong. Up to you if you chose to bring your car here but the owners phone is turned off and won't return my message, and now I have to re tint my window. The quality of the wash I got was extremely poor. I wish I didn't waste my money, imo mt druitt does a better wash at only $8.

Highly recommend! I have been taking my car at this car wash for years now and not one time have I been less than impressed with the clean. Immaculate results every time. The staff are friendly and always polite and always accommodating regardless of the fact that they are always busy. Thank you :)

Wouldn't even give them a star they damaged my brand new rims on my brand new car and tried to offer a $100 polish voucher as compensation . And the job they done was terrible. Don't go here they are absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to

Great car wash, the car is spotless and shining best part was they started washing the car even though they were closing and I was late to my appointment they stuck with their promise. Would definitely reccomend

I took my car to get the platinum wash which cost me $65. Never again am I going back to them. I had some dents. The vacuuming and wipe down of the interior was a terrible job. I still have dirt on the inside and on the seats. It was a rush job. I get better service I pay on $40 at. Trust me you want to avoid disappointment and waste your money don't go to these guys.

I found out after having my car washed and vacuumed that my granddaughter had dropped the ring she had received as a gift in my car that morning. The staff went out of their way to find and return it. So grateful!

Worse car wash ever , charged me $95 didn't even do the inside only vacuum no dash cleaning nothing . Said they waxed it clearly they didn't. Liars and thieves my console with my change and Caltex fuel card disappeared aswell so angry !! DO NOT GO HERE .. Greedy dishonest people

Went in for $35 wash/vacuum. They said car too dirty so would cost $70!
Now at Rainbow Carwash Café Drummoyne who charged me the $40 quoted on the website and throw in a cappuccino for good measure.

I get my car washed here once a month. Happy with their service.

Very lousy car wash at a high value. At a normal price of $40, you would at least expect a clean car.
Mine came back with some spots and half done.
They said they will sanitise the car but I doubt they would have done that

I paid 200$ for a job that DAMAGED my car. They got water in the engine bay and damaged the electronics. A perfectly working car ended up stalling 300meter after leaving.
When being asked if they did wash the engine with pressure washer staff didn’t answer.
Stay clear. I’m now stuck with a car that I HOPE will dry....

They do a good job but they use some sort of interior cleaner that leaves a horrible greasey residue. It's so slippery you can hardly turn the steering wheel and it stays all over your hands. I had to clean it off in order to safely drive the car. Would be 5 star if they used a better product.

Staff were very polite, efficient and hard working. I didn't book but instead turned up last minute. They were busy but able to squeeze me in for a full clean without a problem. They went above and beyond and made my clean look and smell as close to brand new as possible.
I would definitely return and recommend. Thanks guys..! :)
