What is the point of making bookings here?? The dr is never on time and the receptionist by the name of daniel was bluntly rude and did not care. Many more reliable doctors in the area then this one that i will be using and recommending to everyone.

Booked my partner in for a 10.15 appointment at 9.55am. He had an international flight to catch which I made clear to the receptionist, and underlined that the doctor needed to be running on time and I was happy to search for an appointment at another place if there was a delay. Receptionist assured me the doctor was on time. My partner then sat until 10.45 waiting. When he politely asked he receptionist if there was a point in him staying, she was snappy and rude in her response. Very upsetting- he had to leave without seeing a doctor and is subsequently late for his flight. Horrible customer service and poor time management. A complete waste of time- go to the bulk billed service in Pyrmont, at least they set clear expectations when appointments are booked.
