Reviews
Only one on Sydney. I love it locals think it's not real coffee !!!! :)
Fast coffee, very sliw croissants. Coffee hlf done before croissants appeared.
Quiet enough to think & do work on a Saturday am. Lovely sunrise warms you in the winter. Pleasant Brazilian music & not too loud. My coffee order was exact!
Highly recommend the Starbucks secret menu:raspberry macchiato. How to order: caramel macchiato, change the base(caramel to raspberry ) and I like cream, so add some cream on it.
Well connected and located right in business centre. Perfect location to meet and discuss issues our a great cup of coffee
Really good location. Helpful staff and always able to make a good cup even with the huge amount of people they handle.
Quick service. I was in 830am ish on a Monday and felt pastries dry, coffee average and considering the exceptional range of good or better coffee places nearby, I think standard is a bit low. I know it's high turnover place, but it felt a little too dirty for early Monday morning too.
It's a smaller sized Starbucks aimed at office people. The service and coffee are pretty in line with the brand. One of the better chain outlets. I like this one as it's close to the park and doesn't seem to get as many tourists as the town hall branch.
Dirty nasty bathroom! Better to just hit up a local cafe
Comfortable, but terrible wi-fi
Quick service. Two machines in operation. Decent air conditioning. OK milk coffee. Wouldn't risk a long black or a short. Seems like a bigger and better Gloria Jeans then a café that highlights great coffee.
Great place for coffee, cake and sandwiches...seating sometimes difficult.
Only time I come to Starbucks is during Christmas season for the one off coffee flavoured selection.
If you want burnt coffee that taste like hot dirt, look no further. Not sure what Americans see in This, but i think its trash.
However it is open really late, although maccas is probably better still.
Without a doubt this Starbucks is also walking on the footsteps of its predecessors by not making any mistakes in spelling the names of the customer correctly. Besides that place is cozy and vibrant. Staffs are friendly. But can improve on security because there lots of people asking for money and being rude with the customers who are minding their own business EVEN INSIDE THE STORE.
How come have they changed to awful customer service? It was very good last time when i visited. Poor communication and cannot expect great Starbucks greeting anymore. Wondering how the store is able to still keepin doing their business here.
I'm from California, where there's a Starbucks in every corner. I can say that this Starbucks is better than in the US. I like to come here every so often and enjoy a cold brew or matcha latte.
Love my frappe green tea lattes. Friendly n fast service 😉
Coffee here is like any other Starbucks, not great. I only use them to buy tea which ironically is great... This particular branch is always very busy and quite small, therefore finding a seat is often tricky. I prefer the branch by Capital theatre, it also has a nicer vibe and a comfortable area upstairs.
No matter where ever in the world Starbucks has their branch, the original feeling what you get in US, you may not find it. I was happy about the options given to try out their new roast of coffee for white mocha. Little crowded but the ambience was good. Unfortunately their oven was not working that day, so I couldn't not get my butter croissant toasted. Nevertheless I am huge fan of Starbucks..
Great service, poor air conditioning Tundra like conditions as if they want people to push off quickly
Very noisy and busy. Not a place you would go for quiet conversation or study. Feels like a busy train station. Very cold. Air con turned up way to high. Toilets were filthy. Going to Starbucks doesn't make sense in Sydney with so many other coffee options.
It's just Starbucks, their drinks are not that outstanding. However it's a good place to grab a coffee and relax if you can find a seat as this place is quite busy all the times.
It's nice to grab a drink and relax here for a while, if you are lucky to find a seat.
Worst place for coffee. Coffee is either overwhelmingly weak or overly bitter, an issue that lies with the barista behind the machine. Only positive is location and comfort of seats. Branding is what is keeping this place open.
Great coffee and atmosphere. Love the Matcha latte (they just have to remove the sugar syrup & it is devine!)
Friendly service and nice quiet atmosphere upstairs to start the morning.
Always a pleasure coming here! The staff are friendly, they have powerpoints and Wi-Fi for getting some work done. Cosy place! The top level closes earlier though, so late at night there aren't as many spots to sit at. Overall, always happy to come here. I'm a fan of their hot chocolates and chai lattes. Wouldn't get coffee here unless it's a frappuccino.
Don't go here for food unless you have a lot of times on your hands. Slowest food I've ever experienced at a Starbucks.
Food and coffee both good and close to Capital Theatre. ...not enough seats inside though.
Amazing place to have your coffee in
Upstairs area makes a great spot to enjoy a coffee while you get some work done.
Atmosphere/lighting is good, but it seems to b under-staffed. Service downstairs is swift and pleasant but tables and floor upstairs are dirty. Drinks are way too sweet, but i guess that's to be expected from Starbucks.
Expect to clear your own table, take a wet napkin with you.
A good place to sit and do some work with free wifi in CBD when you are waiting for someone there.
I like Starbucks drinks.
Lovely staff and hot drinks and cold
4 stars for convenience even though im not a fan of their coffee.
Very solid Korean restaurant. Decent prices, good portions, great taste. Would have got 5 stars if the seafood pancake was crispier!
1st ever experience with "Starbucks" in life and honestly it didn't live up to the image I've been hearing.. still many other flavours to try from..
Reliable source of convenient (drive-through) coffee especially when you are heading out for a long drive or coming home from a long day.
Also if you live out here there really isn't much choice! Oliver Brown in the nearby Westfield is not bad but can't beat Starbucks for convenience and choice. Service is touch and go - staff turnover seems quite high so you can get anything from fantastic to apathetic service.
Current Xmas specials are Toffee Nut Crunch, Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread Latte.
I love anything with caramel and whipped cream. Lovely place with a drive thru as well.
I have given 5 star because I am bit biased towards Starbucks coffee as Starbucks is my first ever properly prepared coffee, which was cappuccino, and I was like flying in the sky. So basically nothing to write about it. Just to mention that Parramatta store has more collections of souvenirs.
Drinks always on point. Customer service is great too.
Liked the old layout better, it was a lot cosier and felt like there was a lot more places to sit. Only do drive thru these days.
One of just a few Starbucks outlets in Western Sydney. Have been coming here since few years ago. Coffee is definitely improving. It's stronger now. In terms of staffs serving at the register, sometimes good and sometimes not that good (like today).
Super popular with cafe-loving Westies! Nice to visit after a relaxing country drive on the back roads to Mount Druit. People are always friendly and we look for bargains at Mount Druit Westfield's afterwards.
Can't go wrong with a Starbucks. The crew here make decent coffee, the place is clean and the staff are courteous most of the time
Badly organised, really dirty ,and the girl taking our order took cups off the shelf with her thumb on the outside of the cup and her four fingers deeply inside the cup. I pointed this out to her and received no reaction. Our order arrived in coffee stained cups with a complimentary hair.
