We stopped there for lunch. It was very nice place and good food options. Staff their were very friendly. The price not expensive and beautiful view ocean.

Life in Batemans Bay certainly has a much more relaxed and calmer pace than the city, and the refreshing lack of urgency and hustle in the service and wait times at the Starfish Deli exemplifies this. Many things can be said about the Starfish, and certainly it is among the largest and easier to find of Batemans Bay's eateries, and is often open. A number of the staff are quite friendly, and the food can be relied upon for its consistency. It's nice to find a venue in the Bay where the soundtrack blazes an avant-garde trail deep into the artistry of the nineties. All in all, a solidly whelming experience.

Stopped for coffee and cake. Very pleased they bake their own cakes. A good assortment as well. Coffee was just right.

Busy sunny day, staff were pushed but were consistently friendly and the food was delicious and fresh. Would definitely come again!

We went there on a busy night and the service was still above average. The staff deserve praise for the effort they put in to serve the customers that night. The steak was good as was the salmon, though I think the garlic bread was probably the most memorable part of the meal. I don't know what they did to it, but it was delicious. If you want a good meal at a very reasonable price then I would definitely recommend Starfish Deli. You may want to book in advance to try and get a table with a view of the water rather than a view of the bus stop as it does get busy.

Great food and restaurant. Brilliant sweet soy noodles. Oh, and... I'm pretty sure the place is satanic (there's a pentagram in the fish's eye on the logo, and there are eight pointed stars of chaos on the backs of the menus). *

Pizza was the best we have had in a long time. Food, location, price and staff were all excellent. Like Arnie says 'we'll be back'! Highly recommend The Starfish Deli to everyone!
