• Maintaining H& R database to be an effective prospects / forecasting tool. • Following-up prospects in sales database & obtain from external Account Managers, SL's & Service Technicians• Handling phone enquires. • Maintaining sales material (samples, brochures, etc)• Conducting site / customer visits. • Preparing H& R reports / life cycle reports• Completing site survey• Gaining approval for non pre-engineered solutions • Submitting tenders to customers• Completing reviews and negotiate any deviations with the customer on H& R items in report• Assisting Account managers site technical issues • Working with PLM repairs to improve the H& R process & report• Developing a SLA life cycle process with PLM • Drive and promoting safe behaviour in accordance with the contractor OH& S Management System and responsibilities. • Conducting Thermal Imaging Analysis for Lifts, Lift Motor Rooms and Shafts• Conducting 3D Bearing Analysis for Lifts, Lift Motor Rooms and Shafts• Conducting Ride Analysis for Lifts, Lift Motor Rooms and Shafts• Producing Reports for Service Contracts for the major lift companies in New South Wales
