week in week out. Both BJJ and MMA are run through the Will /Machado syllabus.

Karate Classes: 5-12 yrs old Monday & Fridays 5: 30-6: 30pm
5-12 yrs old Wednesdays 5. 00pm-6. 00pm
Adults 6: 30-7: 30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays

BJJ - Kids, Monday & Friday 4: 30-5: 30pm
Adults, Mon, Wed, Fri - 7: 30-9: 00pm

Boxing - Mon, Wed, Fri - 6: 30-7: 30pm

MMA - Tuesday & Thursday - 7: 30-9: 00pm
