Do not hire!!!

They responded promptly to my online enquiry and confirmed my booking. However, cleaners did not come on the day of and were totally uncontactable! Very disappointed and displeased with this lousy service. I badly needed my carpets cleaned and were really glad to make a booking so quickly. Didn't expect to have a NO SHOW. This is my first attempt engaging carpet cleaning service and I really should have searched for a more reputable company instead!

Horrible horrible!!!

The guy who said he was going to come at 1:30pm didn't show up until 2pm and messged me at 3pm that he couldn't find parking. I called him straight away but he said he left the area already because he couldn't find a car park. I couldn't be there so I asked my friend to wait for him from 1pm. She just wasted 2hours in the empty house for nothing.

Such an irresponsible, rude, unprofessional etitude over the phone as well. I wonder how they can still run a business with this attitude. Don't ever call this company it'll ruin your day.

I don't know about other customers but I had a great experience with this company. Boys were on time and they cleaned my lounge in a very professional way. I will definitely recommend this company.....

Pros. Responded to enquiries quickly. Came to job on time. Carpets looked much better. Cons. The cleaner was unfriendly and borderline rude, he challenged what the stains were on the carpet from what we told them and they did the job in only 10 minutes. His behaviour really left a bad taste in our mouths. I'm going to have to agree with another reviewer here and state that I believe many of the reviews are not genuine. Won't use this company again.

Bad bad operators, dodgy brothers!! Came for 10 mins tops, 3 bedrooms - told them the carpets needed extra care with the fact we moved into a house that has a window mould issue making the carpets smell in that part of the house, so we were horrified when they packed up after 5-10 minutes of carpet cleaning! A quick spray with deodorizer hand pump spray from each door way into the bedrooms and away they went. I questioned them on the time they spent cleaning, and their reply was, its a powerful machine... so we have now booked another carpet cleaner who said they will need to spend at least an hour cleaning the carpets.

The guys that came in were very helpful, professional and friendly. Our carpets and rugs came out fresh and clean. I would highly recommend these guys if ever you need you carpets cleaned.

Service given by the company was outstanding... my carpets and rugs looks fresh, clean and new. It was very professional work with amazing customer service. Boys were very helpful and friendly. Stains came out and carpets were very clean.
