I love this place. My husband and i made an appointment to visit Stellina Cute Couture in order to purchase our daughter's first Holy Communion dress. The ladies were so proffessional and my daughter loved the experience as well. We were able to buy the whole outfit from dress, shoes, stockings, headpiece and accessories. Both ladies assited in helping us choose the outfit and most importunately, took into consideration what our daughter felt comfortable in. It was a real family bonding experience. Afterall, it was her day. Our daugher on her communion day looked and felt like a princess. The quality of the outfit was amazing and within our budget. I was impressed that Stellina couture do cater for all budgets. Well done girls for an amazing experience and i can't wait to visit again when we have another formal function to attend to.

The team at Stellina (Joselle B, Melina Z and Antoinette S) pride themselves on being a boutique and offering the best outcome for your special day. I did not have this experience at all. I ordered two flower girl dresses from there. They told me it will be 6 - 8 weeks but chances are it will be delivered within 3 weeks. I waited 5 weeks and called them. They told me that it will actually take another 5 weeks. This was two weeks out from my wedding date. I was speaking to Mellina (apparently) who was not empathetic, extremely rude and derogatory. They do not care about resolving the issue. They did not call to tell me there was a delay with the dresses (I had to call them). They were happy to palm me off and offer me a refund (which does not relieve my stress level this late in the planning). Melina could not offer me a resolution if the dresses hadn't arrived by the promised date. If you are lucky enough to read Google reviews before dealing with them, please take the advice given and DO NOT purchase from them. They come across as lovely and as "the professionals" in the industry, but this is just a facade until they get your money. I stupidly decided to wait another 2 weeks as advised my Melina. No call two weeks later. And again rudeness. They told me their "designer" couldn't tell them an exact date and the dresses were still coming from China. All I wanted was confirmation that it would all be okay but they did not give me that. I decided to get a refund so I don't have to deal with them anymore - a few weeks from the wedding. This happened to another bride who ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars more just so she could have dresses. I wasn't willing to take this risk. Their response to this feedback will tell "their story" - don't believe it. Please save yourself the hassle. Go to them as a last alternative. Do not order dresses from them unless you must. I wish them the best of luck with their business, I hope they can refine their customer service skills even after a sale has been made. Not many customers will take the time to give feedback so the actual number of dissatisfied customers in much larger than the amount indicated by Google reviews - scary! To make matters worse, their friends and family (such as Maggie Carlino) are leaving positive reviews.

I am not the first customer you have offered a refund to (check your Google Reviews). And now I understand why your reviews on Facebook are rated so highly - because you screen them.

Your exaggeration of the situation and me being aggressive and threatening is laughable. No surprises though, just a continuation of what I feel is dishonest behaviour. When I asked if "you have checked your Google Reviews" you accused me of threatening you. I did not raise my voice or cause anyone to feel unsafe, so I am not sure why you would feel this way. I simply told the customer she needs to be mindful if she is placing a delivery order. It was in her best interest to know. I wish I had.

I ordered 2 flower girls dress from this store for my weddding. I took my nices in to get mesured in store i even got my nice who came from melbone just to get sized up so they could get the sizes right. My nices from melbone was told she only needed to be fit once and they ordered a 10 for her all i needed to do was altuer the bottom witch i was aware of as she needed the top part of the dress a difrent size as the bottom witch i paid extra for. Then my niece who lived in sydeny was asked to come back 3 times to be mesured they were both asked to try on other styles on in there size they were fitted in so they never got to try on the dress that was getting made in there size so they were both fitted in 10 and a 6 so order was placed payments were made ever month and i was sold they will be ready to be picked up mid feb my wedding was 2nd week of march it was mid feb i called to to see if my dresses were in and the lady who i spoke to to me told me that the dresses are not in and that i was wrong and the sales lady would have never told me the dresses would be ready mid feb even throw the turnaround time was 8weeks then she said they will be in end of feb so i called at end of feb dresses were still not in i recived my dresses 5days before my wedding when i got home my nicess went to try there dress on they gave me a size 4 insted of a 10 and a size 6 witch didn't fit it was too small. i was so upset and crying 5 days before my wedding the sales lady even did the sizing up. I called the next day to explain what has happened the lady malinea said she would call be back she seemed to be busy eveytime i called trying to explane to the lady they were in fault she was rude and stuck up. I had to pay extra money on top of the $750 for just one of the dresses and get my nicese in melbone to buy another dress so both my girls were dressed in two diffeent dreses for my wedding. And $200to get the size6 dress aultered and riped apart to add more fabric so i could do it up at the back. I then demanded a refund witch melina was not going to give me then once she gave in expected me to book an apointment to do a refund i refused to make an apointment to get my money back for there stuff up she then responded well if im busy you will have to wait i didnt care if i had to wait i wanted my money back for there stuff up when i got there she was quite with no one in the atore like they always are when i have gone. I still cant understand how they made that stuff up with the sizes. I would never buy from them ever agian and i wouldnt recomened them to anyone. Read reviwes before going in its ture they are rude unless your from there area they look down on u.

BEWARE... Horrendous customer service. Although the products look beautiful the quality is poor and substandard. After another negative experience I will never set a foot in the store again and I am warning friends and family to be very wary of shopping here.
