The service department never answer the phone, i want for 1 hour. what a poor service. what is that phone number used for???

Extremely POOR customer service. They have stolen items left behind in my car which I traded-in. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THEM AND THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They also tried to add 500$ at the last minute on the selling price, if I had not double checked they would have ripped me off.

Hopeless after sales service. Put car for 1st service and they can't wait For 5 min after 5 pm.
Next time can't put my car for service.

Couldn't be more disappointed by the service of the team at Steve Jarvin. Purchased a car which had FALSE AND MISLEADING information on the add, was advertised as having accessories that WERE NOT ON THE CAR when received. Upon questioning the Manager Steve Young I was told 'it is what it is'.
Steve Jarvin motors is a SCAM!!! I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from them.

Bought a second hand car from this dealership. I'm pretty sure the tyres on it when I got it were different, it was missing a jack from the boot and they only gave me one set of keys, insisting that the other was lost (they had a bucket of them) and sold me a new one for $160! Won't go back.
