Very reliable and professional service department with easy access via side street. Recommended.

This review is for the parts department. The sales person was very polite and helpful, however the service response time was rather slow. Seems like the parts department is under staffed as there was a wait of several minutes before a staff member arrived after ringing the service bell at the counter.

There was no staff manning the service counter, and no ability for staff to look up parts / vin numbers or parts details at the counter. (Which meant staff would need to dissapear for lengths of time in order to look up parts details and return minutes later to the customer with any details).

Seems like a couple of simple fixes in terms of giving staff the ability to conduct business at the customer counter could make this a 5 star experience

Great service and reliability, purchased from here brand new about 2 years ago now, no issue.

Visited yesterday to make an enquiry about the dealership warranty that was cancelled....ended up being upset. Why am I still paying for the policy that was cancelled? is that fair trading? I didn't wish to have one and even spoke to the sales person to amend my contract but he denied reasoning the contract has already been made. It's just a rip off. Why should I pay for the policy that has been cancelled........... the slogan on the slide door is the same...... you build business on fair trading and trust. This is not the business you do and we wanted. I called every where to see if I could make a payout and get rest of the amount refunded but.......there is no such department.......is there any one dealing with disputes...... All other Toyota insurance have refund policy and why not with dealership and I haven't used it, it's already cancelled and I didn't make any claim as well. I wouldn't recommend any one for the behaviour they are doing..... I won't be homeless for paying Aud 1995 and Toyota rockdale wouldn't be a worlds biggest dealership overnight but service and way you deal with people matters.
I takes years to build trust but second to loose .

Very poor experience. I gave my car for servicing here at Stewart Toyota Rockdale as a local and due to Toyota's reputation, I just leave opposite to the service centre. I dealt with Josh Saville. However, when we got the car back, we have noticed they have misplaced 2 baby seats which we set up inside the car by professional people. Also, in the back boot, they have made some damage. Josh acknowledged that they had to remove the baby seats as they had to move the back seats due to (?)fuel injection or some other task. But he clearly told me that the damage in the boot was already there when he got the car. This clearly gave me the information that he was lying and didn't want to take responsibility of the damage. Because, I have checked my car about 5 minutes ago at my building car park as I had to remove some of baby staffs from the boot and then drove it to the service centre.
This is very unprofessional place, people go there not because they are cheap, rather rely on Toyota's reputation - this place is just violating that overall reputation. They are costing way too high than local service centre. So, people expect to get professional service. I will no way advise anybody to go there.

Catalina in sales was so polite and honest . Really want to thank her, this was one of the most pleasant dealership experience weve had by far. Hope to see her next week we are excited

Met with salesperson Andrew, was a very nice person. I took the whole family there, and he seemed professional and knew a lot about the cars. But the cars we seen was out of our budget. but definitely will recommend friends and family next time.

Careful with what they say. Make sure all is written down. These people will say anything to sell you a car and then turn around and said it is not in the contract. Very cunning

Just a quick message to say a big thank you to Ali Dallal at Stewart Toyota Rockdale, who went out of his way to satisfy all of our requirements & address all of our concerns recently when we purchased a Subaru Forester from his dealership. He secured a great a price for us, actually it was an offer we couldn’t refuse, and even after the purchase, is still chasing up a couple of outstanding (very) minor issues with the vehicle. Thanks Ali, and Val & Andrew, and the rest of the team at Rockdale.

Probably one of the best dealers I've visited. Fantastic service department and lovely staff.
