If I could put less than one star I would. I purchased a car from Stewart Toyota from interstate, so all dealings were over the phone or email. They were unresponsive, at times condescending, and downright incompetent. Once they had a deposit on the car (which they forgot to even take) there was no sense of urgency. I spent days chasing them for a correct contract that I could sign, they sent me paperwork that still had the details of another customer that they had forgotten to remove, and incorrect information for me. When I thought the ordeal was finally over, and my partner had picked up the car and returned to the ACT, I received a call from the dealership asking where the paperwork was! They literally let a car leave the showroom with no finance approved and no contract. They had had a change of staffing and didn't know where anything was up to. I had to redo all paperwork (there was no acknowledgement/apology for this). Then I asked for confirmation on the first direct debit, and was given the incorrect date so my account was overdrawn. When I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction with this, it wasn't even acknowledged. Appalling customer service and concerning administration. Stay away.
