When you call up to talk to an assistant you can't. It's very very frustrating.

Made a large cash withdrawal of $27500. $700 is missing. Waiting for the bank to balance their monies for the day then she will call me back.

When I called to let the officer know, she said why didn't you count it here? We were at the front counter with people everywhere. She was using a machine to count this money. I trusted the st George employee to know what she was doing. I didn't think that I will need to re count the money after she had the money weighed by machine.

Learnt my lesson - St George can make mistakes too!

I am writing this Google review with great appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Nikiza Singh this Saturday morning 11 November 2017.

We went to Chatswood Branch of St George Bank to close the Credit Card accounts and the experience was not quite good until Nikiza came down from upstairs and sort out the problems for us.

I don't want to mention the bad experience details again, however, I really commend the prompt services provided by Nikiza and her excellent problem solving skills. This five stars are only for Niki.

Worst customer service ever

ahh the st George Blacktown bank, Renovated and now even slower in service time than ever! Featuring shiny more modern looking counters, more atm machines and even slower service that's guaranteed to waste an entire hour's worth of productivity only to say "we're closed get out!". In all seriousness, the service is abhorrently slow and don't expect to get anything done unless you're one of two things: the only customer there at the time or have atlas an hour and a half to burn.

Why have a bank open on a saturday. If you dont deal with cash.. your a bloody bank what the actual f**k.
