With a distinct focus on gin, this world-class establishment showcases an impressive collection over 100 limited-edition and vintage varieties from both Australia and abroad, all set behind a seven-metre long marble and leather-clad bar. From this collection, Stillery’s talented mixologists have crafted a unique selection of G& Ts and gin cocktails by hand-picking an array of unique botanicals to perfectly pair with a selection of the most sought-after pours.

Offering personalised table service and a demure ambience, the lounge caters to all other tastes and preferences, with a premium assortment of champagnes, wines and boutique beers and ciders on offer.

Executive Chef Alex Vilches and his team have also created a superb bar menu of shared plates, charcuterie and indulgent sweets designed to further elevate the Stillery drinking experience.
