Stockland Medical Centre, Glendale Stockland Supa Centre

Another once good Newcastle region medical centre that has unfortunately fell victim to the not enough doctors and too many patients episode with the rudest, nastiest receptionist I have ever met, and why would she show you basic customer service, they do not want any more patients so who cares, so sad with it being in such a good location in the middle of a major shopping centre, give them a miss purely just to avoid a confrontation with the receptionist or go there and give her some back, pure customer disrespect, if you were ever lucky enough to be accepted here the one doctor can not spare you enough time to take you seriously, if he even takes the time to look at you between writing and printing out any forms.

Our family is very happy we found Dr Sam and Leonie deserves a medal.
