Storage King Balmain

Ii spend quite a bit of time at the depot working with Pyrmont Cares. I have interaction with all the staff and find the customer service of the highest standard. Tony deserves a mention as he goes well beyond what is required to provide the finest customer service.

I have noticed the way other customers are treated and have seen that again customer service to them is of the highest standard.

All the staff are friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The depot is kept clean and tidy.

Every visit I make at Storage King Balmain, I find the staff so happy and helpful. Nothing is ever too difficult for them. The site is always clean and tidy.

Storage King Balmain have been extremely helpful on so many occasions. Storage King donate space to our service 'The Crossing" to assist the young people we work with who become homeless or are homeless. They give us space to store any personal belongings of the young person until we are able to find a more permanent and safe accommodation for them. Storage King Balmain have made this process so much easier for us and less stress for the young person we work with. Storage King Balmain have a heart of gold, and it is never a fuss if we need to enter our storage or arrange something to be stored. They are helpful to our removalist, they are helpful to our staff and i could not recommend anyone other place than Storage King Balmain

I have never stored things off site until recently. But over the last few years with renovating and travel I've need a place to store furniture and even a few precious musical instruments.

Micheal, Tony and Mark (previous manager) are fantastic people to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. Need to get something at the back of the unit, Tony is there to help.

I've been a customer now for 4 years. I know my possesions are safe and that the staff at Balmain Storage King can help you if you need support during a stressful time like a move.
