Hi,

On 24th Dec 2012 led your Blacktown office and spoke with Stacey. I got quotation for car space. I queried her what happens if i cancel my contract early.She advised i will be refunded on pro rata basis. She has never mentioned that the minimum period is 1 month. I accepted the contract believing her words.

Due to change of my circumstance I cancelled the contract next day and asked for refund of my money. I got a dirty email from the store manager saying that money would not be refunded.

What type of service is this when you dont get business you talk about the agreement

Store Manager is telling his relationship with customer is only agreement. This is type of service your store manager is providing after money is gone in your bank account.

Then he is calling and saying only 1 week payment will be refunded.

Can the managing director of this company arrange to refund my money.

The store manager is completely cheap to deal with.
