This organisation was broken into their Richmond/Cremorne premises over 4 months ago. My account may have been overdue at the time of the break in, but I had sentimental items that belonged to my deceased husband worth over $24,000 with them for almost 12 months. They have not yet told me after four months where my belongings are and have been nothing but unprofessional and incredibly rude about it all. I was physically threatened and verbally abused by one of their employees when I went in to find out where my belongings were. I was never given any paperwork to sign the day I moved my belongings into their storage facility (12 months prior) as I was told by their employee that they had entered everything on their computer system and I was NEVER told to take out insurance.. But I was told that a famous politician had all his art kept at their premises so my belongings would be safe and not to worry!! ( I won’t mention his name for the safety of his art) Looking back I was completely vulnerable and trusted the employee I spoke with. Well now that they were broken into and I have photos to prove it, their manager Ryan refuses to tell me where my belongings are.. and claim I should have taken insurance out and that my account was overdue anyway.

I’ve had to move overseas urgently due to family ill health and dealing with this has been extremely stressful. Losing my late husbands belongings not only upsets me but has broken my daughters heart. She has lost what she treasured most. His musical instruments. Shame on this company. Oh yes.. after the break in they set up on the website a section discussing the need to take out insurance. I can’t afford a lawyer, I can’t physically take them to VTAC because I’m overseas so I’ve lost all my belongings worth $24,000! Gutted I am for sure.

Had a confirmed booking with these guys, and had spoken to them the day before and when I arrived with my truck full of furniture and my removalists there was nobody to let us in and nobody to take my calls. I had to take the furniture back at exhorbitant costs and much stress. What a disgraceful organisation. Don’t do any business with them, they are unreliable and their incompetence has cost me a fortune.

Always helpful. Service is prompt. It is a shame the rates have gone up by so much. I can see the new forklift and sign posting etc, so appreciate that there are expenses. Improved female bathroom facilities with soap would be a huge plus.

Storage plus merged with my storage company. I had previously also used other companies. I could not find storage plus professional in any manor. Really delayed on emails getting back to you. Un anounced price increase. Charges added no other storage has ever hit me with. Bullying into signing new contracts that are more disadvantaged and ransom of your private belongings untill you sign. Access denied even when paid a month in advance. Ignorance in responding to emails. Beware I have no understanding hiw this company is still in business. I have tried 3months of emails to correspond. Im niw hopping department of fair trade will help. Sorry first reveiw bad but ladt resort before fair trade. Buyer beware.

Large facility with a range of under cover storage units, under cover truck, van and car access along with forklifts with helpful drivers, pallet trucks, cartons etc, polite office staff and more.

We have been a customer of Storage Plus in Rosebery for over 13 years and have never had a single problem. The staff have always been friendly, courteous and super helpful. The facilities are well maintained and the pricing is very competitive. You wont find a better storage facility in the eastern suburbs.

When I decided to rent out my apartment I agonised about which storage company to use. I'm so glad I chose Storage Plus. I have had my belongings there for 2 years and it has been the best ever experience. Great service, easy to access my storage unit, fabulous telephone and email service. I really couldn't ask for anything more. I could drive right up to my unit and load up or unpack very conveniently.
