BellMont first provided services to Kim, Community Manager at Strata Title Management, 12 years ago. We have since maintained a great relationship. We find Kim to be very responsive to all matters and extremely capable as she efficiently assesses the client requirements to ensure suitable briefs and outcomes for all parties. She appreciates consultants advice and always has the interest of the Strata in mind. We thoroughly enjoy working with Kim and recommend her to all!

I deal with Sarah Copley from Strata Title Management on a regular basis. She is helpful, proactive and quick to response which is all the things people need from their strata company.

Major flood damage through electricity due to poor structural maintenance....call the rmergency number and it goes to a rude lady from a call centre who tells me thete is nothing she can do?!?! What is the point of having an emergency number ehrn an emergency strikes?!??? Such a BS company.

STM is close to insolvency I hear. Reviews below tell you what sort of strata managers they are. Steer clear.

Charged strata levies 3 months in a row totally over $3000 leading into Christmas including taking $1188 on Christmas eve with no correspondence stating what when and how much they are taking. Never answer phones been on hold for an hour. At the next owners meeting will put forward to get rid of these thieves for a new company. Windsor Gardens Baulkham Hills.

Worst company to deal with. Our strata levies doubled. They rip you off, fees are high and you have no idea what is happening cause they dont communicate with you. Stay away

I am a property manager and needed to get permission for a prospective tenant to have a dog. As a quick turnaround is really important when you have a good tenant and want to secure them, I found that Siobhan Hughes was excellent and was able to facilitate the request in a few hours. The Committee allowed the dog and I was able to secure the tenant

Yennie Chen its the worst property manager you will ever come across. I have been trying to get through to her for months and she only replies when you get her boss involved.

Absolute worst Strata Managing Agent out there.

In the time Jonathan Chew was our account manager I managed to receive one response to one of my emails to him, and only after multiple follow-up emails, phone calls, and forwarding my request around to various people within STM trying to elicit a response (any response!). In terms of communication, follow-up action and any form of professionalism, they proved themselves useless time and again.

The real extent of their neglect/illegal activity/unprofessionalism is only being made clear now, a year after we ditched this company in favour of a decent managing agent. We're being sued by a previous builder due to STM's neglectful (in)activity and unlawful business practices. I would heavily warn anyone thinking of instructing them against it.

I have worked with Strata Title Management on various strata related legal matters. I have found them to be very professional and competent strata managers and I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending their services as strata managers.

We have owned property in a building in Sydney managed by the Sydney Office of Strata Title Management for the past two years. Nicholas Johnson is the manager of the team looking after us or should we say NOT looking after us. One of our owners called their office 50 times before someone called her back, for just one answer to a small question.
We constantly have problems with follow up with quotes, returning calls, getting jobs done. We have owned many Strata properties in Sydney and never used STM until now and will never use them again. All recent reviews for STM have been bad so one day perhaps they will pick up their game but we would never use them again. This arm of the company is a disgrace.

Can I give less than 1 star? This strata management is worse than the pits; avoid like the plague. Dodgy, worse than unhelpful, expensive, ruined our building. And then when we tried to leave they tweaked it so we were compulsory managed. I own a portfolio of properties and this company has been miserable for the last 10+ years.
