I attended Stretch Wellness for the first time this morning. I have never attended Pilates before and hadn't been sure what to expect. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and Trish was really attentive, explaining each technique well. I left the class feeling quite energised and much more confident. I'll be looking forward to my next visit.
