NEVER GO TO STRIKE MACQUARIE.

Today I went to Strike Bowling and it was the worst experience I have ever had.

1. We book for 7 people and had to pay up front. When we got there we had to pay for an extra person which is fine. They refused to give a family discount as the 4 person wasn't on the original booking.

'2. Bowling Lane Broke after the first bowl and took 10 mins to fix.

3. The bowling balls took a very long time to come back.

4. Within 1 min off the game finishing they had cleared the scoreboard and put the next game up.

Don't rush customers off when you have made a lot of stuff ups.

The staff didn't care at all.

The rating should be -1

We'll be closed for a private event this Friday afternoon, but we'll be back in action again from 5pm! See you then 🎳🙌

Don't go! Faulty lanes (we had to wait for ages for resets and got changed lanes TWICE!). No glasses were cleared on any table the 1.5 hours we were there. No one came to take drink and food orders, kids chucking balls in the air and all around with the security guy totally oblivious. We had to wait for ages at the bar to order, then they forgot our food order and we had to reorder. Long wait at the end to get our shoes back. Machine to validate parking had broken. This place was basically understaffed, staff were maybe not old enough to properly run the place. Overall this place was shocking.
