Our view at @stronghealthmatters is do what works for you, do not follow fads (calisthenics is not a fad). We always highly encourage forms of resistance training, for its many benefits, but if it’s a choice between something you love and something you are resistant too then follow your heart. This is a shout to a client that continues to surpass the challenges set for him. @mc_1976 told me, using slightly different words, that he didn’t think this would be possible (as he has done previously with other challenges).
