Warranty repairs done on my car, the did a great job, tge manager knew exactly who I was and what car I was there to pick up when I returned and Josh kept me informed about what work he was doing at all times

Diagnosed that A/C compressor failure, needs to be replaced and quoted for $2,140 for all. And asked another supplier, with exactly the same thing, using genuine part, cost only $1299 including everything. The only reason I'd go here is because of guarantee. Not happy with this at all.

I took my car in for a service and to address some issues my car has been experiencing. Service Advisor Josh and team provided excellent customer service, repairs and advice on issues and information about my car, as well as the convenient and complimentary shuttle service. My car now drives like a dream and I am extremely happy with how it all went. Thanks Subaru Artarmon.

Took my car here every 6 months for 5 years. One year I brought the car in and was advised that the oil level was low - and that "I needed a new motor".

They also advised that the log book indicated that the car had not been serviced for over 2 years. When I queried whether the system had been checked, the service manager advise that it had but no record of my car being serviced could be found (no check had been done).

I asked the service manager to check again - they confirmed the car had been serviced every 6 months, but they had never stamped the log book (what is the point of taking it to Subaru in the first place?).

I asked the manager to call me when he returned from leave - he never did.

I started taking my car to another service centre in Peakhurst - car is running fine (even though official Subaru advised new motor was needed).

Subaru constantly followed up with me to book my car in for another service further down the track. I asked to be removed from their call list - but continued to receive calls. I asked for the manager to call me - they never did.

This may appear to be a genuine Subaru service centre - but beware.

Excellent service!! Have serviced three cars through this workshop now and have always had brilliant customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to service their care.

Subaru Artarmon tried to sell me everything from windscreen wipers to alternator belts that were not needed.The cost of these items were way above any other outlet. Efforts to discuss this with the service manager were ignored. They are over servicing and NOT providing proper feedback on any issues with the car.

Hopeless ! Not only did they break the plastic engine cover on my car, they denied doing it. I then found out at the time of the next service (which was not done at Artarmon) that they had fitted the incorrect oil filter to my car (too small). When I tried to contact them, and Subaru Australia, by email for an explanation I never received a response.

Use this service centre at your own risk.

Fabulous experience at Subaru Service Artarmon on Tuesday last week, the friendly efficient staff and excellent customer service truly exceeded all my expectations.

Good service. The bus transport is gold except the fact that they don't go to Chatswood in certain time frames. Somewhat expensive but the service justifies the price.
