Subaru Penrith

My partner and I purchased a new Subaru XV in August 2017 and would just like to say a huge thank you to the team at Subaru Penrith for their professional, sincere, and friendly customer service. We would like to acknowledge both Robert and Sharon in particular for their amazing support and guidance throughout the entire process – the best experience we have ever had at a dealership by far. Robert is friendly and enthusiastic, has great product knowledge and allowed us to try all the features the car has to offer. Sharon has a wealth of experience, is kind and genuine and really put us at ease. We were able to secure an excellent deal and are very happy with new Subaru. We would have no hesitation in recommending Subaru Penrith to friends and family and will definitely be returning when it comes time to buy our next Subaru. Thanks again for all your efforts!

Got my first Subaru (Outback)very happy. Go see Abdulla very professional, told and showed us everything that we never knew about the car. Also they forgot to protect our leather seats after we had picked up the car was very annoyed however Alison offered to drop the car off to us at home very happy and i believe it was her day off too. W O W..... what an awesome experience. We have purchased 14 cars in our married life and have never felt more respected. We went to view the Subaru range. We saw Robert who floored us with his test drive. Such a lovely guy. The off to meet Khan a wonderful and obviously experienced lender who involved us all (inc our 9 yr old daughter) NOTHING was a bother such a smooth experience. Then in his abscence Sharon was also great. We had no issues at all. Then Cindy helped with our accessories, another great staff member. Then last of all Rebecca who delivered our car . The car was spotless , a great big bow on top and balloons that my daughter loved. Bec's knowledge of the car and all it's functions was awesome. We will definately be comming back. Something I never thought I would say about a Trivett dealership again after the polar opposite experience we had in Parramatta when we purchased our Peugeot in 2014..... The Subaru Impreza was presented beautifully for pick up. The whole experience was a pleasure and dealing with all the friendly staff and I have no hesitation in recommending Penrith Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used car. The staff at Penrith Subaru are very professional, polite and go over and above with customer service. :)

Subaru Penrith is like all the other reviews state, one of the best dealerships you can come across. From the first encounter with Abdullah, he was very inviting, helped me to figure out the right car for myself, allowed me to take a proper test drive, and started with reasonable pricing that other dealerships simply couldn't match or even beat. Abdullah is a priceless commodity to Subaru Penrith and he is the sole reason I purchased from this dealership even though it was 1 hour away from home. Abdullah even went out of his way to contact me a week after the purchase to check on how the car was and if i had any further questions or issues.

I was not at any point rushed or pushed into purchasing and they were more than happy to work on the price even after quoting well under what other dealerships quoted.

There was a small issue with ordering however the dealership's communication throughout this process was top notch and they went above and beyond to look after me throughout this process.

On delivery i was not rushed, staff took their time in conversing with me even though they were busy at the time. Their service was highly personalised and made the process of purchasing a new car a very enjoyable and exciting process.

I have dealt with numerous dealerships in the past (including Subaru, Holden, Ford, Toyota and Mercedes) and come away far from impressed. Frankly most simply want your money and have no concept of customer service. Subaru Penrith cannot be further from this stereotype.

I would like to sincerely thank Abdullah Jullius for his outstanding and professional service and also Cindy Hay and David Bor for taking care of me through the process. You have truely made my purchasing experience something to remember.
