Subaru Waitara

Thanks to Elijah and Simon for making my car purchase a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Very impressed with the friendly, helpful and professional service.

Even though we had bought an Outback last year from this dealer they refused and couldn't be bothered to take my wife out for a test drive when she advised that I would be coming to test drive it later and negotiate a price.
They also had misled us about the availability of our previous car and as such this was the final straw. MAZDA will be getting our business as we are now looking at a CX5 instead of an XV.
Mazda Hornsby's service was way superior.

Definitely will not be returning. Pushy salesmen. Tried to charge us a holding deposit for a car that physically wasn't even on the site. Could offer us nothing but photos, and were expected to make a decision on the spot. When decided that we would need to think about our options before continuing & stated that. The young salesmen abruptly changed his attitude, disregarded our concerns & stormed off.

While I'm sure his actions alone may not represent the entire company, we were left confused as to what just happened. All we wanted was the night to think about it as it is not a small purchase. But as a result, that experience changed our minds completely about buying from Subaru, Waitara.

We just bought a new Subaru Impreza and we are absolutely thrilled about it. I personally never had Subaru in my mind until I met Rudolph German (Service Advisor) at Subaru Waitara. I always had Honda Civic hatch or Mazda3. Rudolph just blew me away with his exemplary Customer Service and genuine display of knowledge about the car. This along with the service from Mark and Hiranjan made us choose Subaru. We are Subaru for life now. Thank you team. You guys are AWESOME!

Tested the new Impreza 2017 2.0L last week, great customer service, did not feel like going to a car dealership, more like a candy or chocolate shop. Elijah, the sales executive, was very courteous and knew his stuff really well, made the whole process enjoyable with funny moments. Decided to get the car, and was given a competitive trade in value. Car was delivered 5 days later. The business manager, Hiran, was also great to deal with, courteous, knowledgeable, gave practical suggestion with proven logic. All things considered, it is a pleasant and friendly dealership. Would recommend them any day. If you have not tested/driven an all permanent wheel drive, have a go and prove it yourself whether you are into fun or safety (and apparently Subaru can do both). I hadn't bought a new car in a long time, and was only looking at first but then absolutely fell in love with the latest Impreza when I went into Subaru Waitara. I was greeted warmly by Elijah and the whole sale process from start to finish was a delight. I was thoroughly impressed with his service and also the whole team at Subaru Waitara. Can't recommend then highly enough, made the whole experience of buying a new car exciting. In fact my sister who was with me at the time returned to purchase a car from them as well as she was also so pleased with the service. Polite, professional, friendly and accomodating - everything you could ask for when making a big ticket item purchase.
