Always a nice experience at this Subway.

Prices seemed higher than most Subway restaurants and they didn't have the "sub of the day" promo, though that pizza wrap was delicious 🙂

extremely unproductive，the two girls wouldn't put my sub in the oven until there was a second sub and they literally waited for the two subs to toast for half a min，the girl who was finishing my sub just felt like it and went back to get two salads I didn't need. overall they all work in slow motion and I had plenty of time on hand and ended up missing my bus，they definitely need to train their staff first before putting them in busy shifts.

Better off going to Mayfield Subway. Nothing special here. Last visit the young lady serving us seemed inexperienced and was pretty slow at making 2 subs.

Gem hidden in plain sight, if you come here you'll not be disappointed.
Very friendly staff and excellent quality sandwiches, never had a bad meal here.
Prices are a little more steep than the Maccas a few meters away but you know you're getting quality food.

Fast service, good quality subs and friendly staff

If your mum made you a sandwich, and she hated you, the sandwich would be similar to what you'll get here. Like yeah, you'll get a sandwich with the indregients you asked for, but it'll look like she threw it at a wall before she served it.
Still yum though.

Good food, clean place, nice and friendly employees. Come here once a week or so. If you come in after a busy afternoon it's likely there won't be a full selection of breads and cookies.

Fantastic staff that are friendly even with difficult customers. Always kept super clean and if you're a regular they remember your order!!

Staff are very slow, aloof and generally unfriendly. Otherwise like any other Subway, except slower and ruder.

Always good!, sometimes it gets very busy, usually during the holidays and you may have to wait longer than expected, but that's the price you pay for good food. Staff are always nice.

Everyday on my day off after going to the gym across the road I love coming and getting subway for lunch the boys are so lovely and the boss his wife and kid are the most caring and respectful people I think I've ever met. You boys work hard and need to be recongnised by the community just how nice yous actually are and the food is always fresh I've never had a bad sub here couldn't rate it more 👌🏾

Good sandwiches made well. Customer service could be better

I didn't get her name because she wasn't wearing a badge. But the young girl working there this morning clearly did not want to be at work and therfore had very poor customer service. The whole time she was serving me i didn't get a smile or anything. I felt like anytime i asked for something i was being a nuisance. Maybe work on your staffs customer service skills because that was a horrible experience.

Always no white bread been here 3 times in a row now

Every time I go here, they NEVER have Italian & herbs bread. Disappointing

Nice spot for lunch, or a snack. Good staff who make to order your rolls or wraps.

Well me and ny husband got tuna and seafood subway. I must say both great and tasty. Comparing to jesmond place, this place way better.

They didn't tell me they ran out of the product I wanted after they had got the bread ready so I felt I had to order. Were impolite to the customers. Saw that I was carrying a lot of stuff and didn't think to give me a bag. The worst subway I've been to.

BEST Subway store in Newcastle. Correctly heated/toasted, Correct amounts of ingredients & Correctly made. ONLY Subway store that makes the foot longs properly.
