Sign says open till 8. I knocked. The staff member, a young fellow, pulled a sign in front of the door his side rather than actually speak to me or apologise that the times on the door are incorrect. Rudeness!

Rude little prick working behind the counter cannot even greet customers correctly. When advised of his bad manners he walked off. Ridiculous

Amazing service and friendly employees. Also the owner makes an effort to remember you by name as well as your order once to start to become a regular. It's the only place I'll visit for a quick bite when I'm in a hurry.😊

Terrible service. Workers had no idea what they were doing. Burnt one sub so bad that it was black then expected us to eat it. Do not recommend took around 40 minutes to make 4 subs with 3 employees, one just standing around.

Worst Subway I've been too. They put cold meatballs one one sub, then had to take them off and microwave them. Pizza sub gave me food poisoning - I think it was the lettuce. Slow service, and store wasn't very clean either. Have a word with yourselves, I'm not asking for much just a decent sandwich.

I got pulled pork foot long sub... it was by far the worst sandwich I ever eaten... the bread wasn't fresh, it was soggy after being toasted and the meet wasn't fresh eather! Felt sick for days after, dizzy and nauseous! Also the cookies ware stale and rock hard! Had to throw away... It was a very long and painfully drive back home to Melbourne

The place is too dirty from outside however there is a good coffee place inside the rocky dome. They should keep the place more clean for the highway stop over.

Wasnt fresh at all. Product looked like it had been sitting for hours, bread was cold and chewy and cookies were stale. Staff looked like they didnt want to be there. Was 2pm and the only had 2 styles of bread. 6 cookies in total on display. They put next to no lettuce on my sub because they ran out on the shelf and didnt open a new pack. Slow as well.

The food was good but My wife used to work there and she said the melts we ordered were made incorrectly; Short on ham only 2 peace on each one (on 12") also damaged role chunk missing from end making it 10" and no discount offer just was made with it as it was the last roll. Incorrectly stacked. Edit: was only 2 people in store no reason to drop off quality.

we visited this store today at approx. 12.45 it was very busy the staff that was working on 1st of October 2016 I take my hat off to there team work how they changed there gloves for every customer and how polite and nice they were and how yummy the food was it was the best that I have had in any subway shop and how they served every customer efficiently your manger should be proud of you all keep up the good work and thankyou for the best wraps.

The food is generally good and the staff friendly but service can be a bit on the slow side. Friendliness of the staff usually makes up for that in most instances. Parking can be a hassle when they are busy.

I went today on my lunch. The service was extraordinary. The line was long but it went quickly thanks to the amazing team! They made me laugh and have me a great sandwich. I didn't get any names but keeping doing what your doing!!!

Been to a lot of subways... can honestly say this was the worst of them all. Staff were lousy, messed up my order a bunch of times. Tried to overcharge me. Food was soggy, vegetables tasted old. Better off buying McDonald's.

Store hours not as described in website. Arrived at store at 8:15pm and was already closed, despite website stating they close at 9pm.

The best on the coast. Walked in got my food had a chat . was treated like a mate and the food was perfect . cookies was heated up. I could go to Wyoming as I live down the road from it but lisrow subway is the best I been to. Thank you guys. Glad to only cone here.

Went in for lunch with my family. The girl who took our order dropped one if the sandwhiches into the salad bar and scooped it all back into the sandwhich. The other one was a wrap.. if you could call it that. It was so full it wouldn't even wrap it was just all thrown together. Drink machine wasnt working so se bought drinks from the fridge. One of the drinks was out of date. There are broken tables at some of the seating area. The girls working look like they had no idea on what they were doing. Will never be coming back there again.

Worst customer service ever. The guy at the counter just stood there then i asked him if he had the steak and carmilised onion sub he looked at me annoyed and said this isnt where you order. I then went to the other end of the counter to order .They didnt have the sub or sauce i wanted and were missing half the salads that other subway have. Then the girl that served me walked away to talk to her friend .i stood there waiting to pay the guy finally serves me asking the other girl what i ordered no have a nice day or anything ,even a smile . At the very least the food was ok.

Food quality is standard Subway quality but the the staff quality is pathetic. The store demands either a change in the attitude of the staff or change of staff.

Each time i go here its terrible. You can almost count the lettuce pieces. The salad starts 3cm in from the edge and finishes 3cms early. The other vegie pieces are scarce. 4 olive pieces in a foot long? 4 cucumber pieces?

Dont focus on saving money you stingy people. Think of the dissatisfied customers.

Ordered 4 foot-longs for our shop in the same shopping centre on a busy Thursday and ended up with a roast beef WITH NO SALAD WHATSOEVER, just a bread roll and a few slices of beef.... Who makes a subway WITHOUT SALAD WHEN SALAD IS INCLUDED?! I'd like my money back for MY SALAD.

The Subway store at Macquarie Centre has a special for “Students” buy one get one free. However it seems they only care about University students, and will not apply the discount to school students, even when it is obvious they are school age.

The staff at that store also seem to also lack communication skills. I said, fine I will get the second roll anyway, just make it the same. My son and I were standing at the cash register and I was waiting for the second roll. Apparently I wasn’t going to get one. So I paid for the single roll and told them “well that is your loss!”. Won’t be shopping there again.

Almost perfect Subs and service. The last turkeys that ran this place were an abomination on the Subway brand (bit like the current Umina & Woy Woy subway stores).

I've been to MANY subway restaurants both in Australia and around the world..I must say...these guys make BY FAR the BEST subway sandwich I've ever had at any Subway. True sandwich art and fast food porn at its best.

Some old lady served me. She was so rude and had no idea what she was doing. I think the retirement home is calling and if she isn't that old she needs some serious help.

I had the WORST experience at the Mona Vale store. First I am a regular customer of subway and this is my regular store. When on arrival to the store the queue was OUT the door, there was 10 people in front, but because I love subway I stayed and wait. I arrived at the store at 2:16 and didn't receive my meal til 2:34. 15 minute wait ??? There were only 2 people on one looked like the manager had her curlie red/brunette hair out with no hat- UNACCEPTABLE!! That is a food safety issue. The other girl looked very young and was from an Asian background, she was very slow but she also looked like she hadn't worked there for long. How do they manage to only have 2 people after a peak on a school holiday week??? Saving money??? My meal was a footlong Italian herb roll with Ham, mozzarella, toasted, all salads in a meal with macadamia cookies and a bottle of water. I then received yesterday at 5:30 the most unimaginable pain through my stomach. I have now had the runs since then and have been waking up all night last night to go to the bathroom. I have also vomited up all throughout the night. This is UNACCEPTABLE when I go to a subway I expect NOT to have food poisoning!! I have not eaten since my last subway at 2:30 yesterday. I am very very disappointed !!

It has now been a week and I have been “assured” that this matter has been taken care off I have had only 1 email back with no apology !!

A basic Subway within a shopping centre (dedicated seating, not seated amongst the riff-raff in the food court). Service is fast and friendly, only complaint is no bin to dispose of rubbish. Guilty feeling as a result of leaving rubbish on table was a unfortunate way to end an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

Worst subway experience ever. I asked to have a foot long meatball toasted and the mid-age woman didn't toast the bread and when I asked her if she can toast it, she yelled at me "you said fresh" in an extremely rude way.

They are trying to cut costs. E.G. If you ask for olives on your foot long they'll put on like 5 tiny slices of an olive.

Very stingey. Very slow, never seem to have what you want and the staff have bad attitudes.

Worst customer service!

I ate a 6inch honey oat roast beef and salad sub on 30/12/2016. It gave me food poisoning I was sweating profusely and in a lot of abdominal pain.I collapsed in my hallway for 10 minutes unable to stand up.my head was spinning. The floor was filthy covers in sticky black spots and drag marks...tissues on floor...the staff were hanging around with out a care in the world

Come here often. Staff are friendly most of the time. Can get quite busy however, especially during weekends. Unfortunately, two times I've been recently the soda machine is broken.

Just your regular standard Subway restaurant with a standard of food and layout. Service could have been a little bit faster and a bit more enthusiastic for the server.
