An HR Professional and Indian Immigrant, who arrived in Sydney with no job and two young children 21 years ago, I worked my way up the in a Corporate career, in a discipline where not many non Anglo get to the top.

None of it was without the struggles that most culturally diverse men and women are experiencing. It was a positive mindset, perseverance, self belief, and a passion of doing the right that enabled that success.
