Sumi is a qualified beauty therapist and has been practising within Australia since 1992. Her approach is to find out the root cause of the problem and heal an individual inside out. She will heal you in a holisitc manner and ensure that you mind, body and soul become one.
Sumis graduated from Banasthali Vidyapith University in India. She has been a professional yoga teacher and practioner over the past thirty years and has trained under a number of notable yoga teachers including Swami Satyanand Saraswati. She has taught within schools, offices, Fitness First’s and within her private studio. She has been practising within Australia since 1991. Sumi’s approach is more towards attaining the therapeutic benefits one can gain by doing yoga. She is qualified in natural therapies and specialised Ayurvedic massages from India and Australia. She is an expert in different healing techniques and helps advices an individual to find out their own self healing techniques.
