Summers Floral

Worst experience I’ve had with a florist. Paid $45 for delivery and they not only arrived late but were half wilted. Message the business and provided feedback and hoped for a response to gain some understanding with the situation. Still yet to hear back from them. Not recommended!!!

What a wonderful store! There's truly something for every flower lover (and even those that don't) whoever does the buying has gorgeous taste. The collection of flowers at summers are classic, stunning and even adventurous. The staff are smiling, warm and always happy to help. They create some of the most show stopping bouquets. The flowers are always fresh and in beautiful condition. 5 star again and again.

Having been a loyal customer for many years and also a local in the area, I believe that there must have been a change of management. Sadly, what was once a friendly, charming florist, has now been replaced with a surly, unpleasant manager. My young daughter merely wished for a simple ribbon and a sticker for her posy for a friend's birthday gift. However, was brusquely told off and informed that a $30 posy "taken from the discount bucket" was not entitled to a measly sticker...Let alone a ribbon. No love or customer service in this florist. Very sad that this florist has become miserly and unfriendly.

I called and ordered flowers for my wife who had just given birth. The arrangement was amazing and I thought great value (not what I was expecting given location). Everyone commented on them at the hospital. Will definitely return - a happy customer!
