went to buy Ray Ban glasses..when asked staff to show diferrent shades the response was quite rude. She said she doesn't have time to show me the options...i still bought a pair as there was a discount going on.... Management should teach their staff some mannerism as well i think.

Went in as one of the rubber parts from the nose section of my Prada sunnies had come off (i still had the rubber part) took receipt in with original hard case eyc. sunnies were only 1 year old.

The lady serving confirmed with her boss over the phone and i was told i would get a brand new pair. They didnt have the same design in stock however the Erina store did.

The lady i was dealing with said she would pick them up fron the Erina shop on her way to work the next day (we are talking the 23rd December when the shops are crazy are parking is almost no existent) and that she started at 11am.

I walked into the shop at 11.10am and sure enough a brand new pair of sunnies we waiting for me ready to go.

Best customer service i have had in a long time.
