Sunny has been making traditional Maltese biscuits and sweets since he was a young boy. Learning everything from his late father in Malta, when Sunny came to Australia he decided to continue making and distributing his dad’s famous Maltese biscuits and added a few new recipes of his own. In 2000 Sunny’s Confectionary was launched and he has been making and providing these delicious biscuits and sweets, not only to the Maltese community but also supplying them to a wide range of shops in Sydney.
