Sup Yoga Sydney Description
Stand Up Paddle board Yoga (SUP Yoga) is a unique way to get a total body workout. It combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with the core-strengthening workout of the SUP. Narrabeen Lagoon provides the perfect setting to connect with the natural environment as you strengthen your body and de-stress your mind.
Each SUP Yoga lesson includes:
• Yoga warm up on land;
• SUP instruction;
• Exploring the lake on the SUP; and
• Yoga postures on the SUP!
No prior experience of SUP or yoga is necessary. The lessons are tailored to the group, and you can expect to see progression from lesson to lesson as you become more fit, flexible, balanced and blissful!
Lessons can be arranged on request at a time that suits you. SUP Yoga lessons are perfect for corporate team building, birthday parties, Hen’s parties and Christmas parties.
