Supercheap Auto Lakemba

Helpful folk. If you come in not knowing about cars they're helpful and I even got helped once installing a headlight and they waived the $10 service fee.

My elderly father went into super cheap Auto planning to buy engine Oil, he was told by his mechanic to buy full synthetic engine Oil, he asked one of the staff members for help in finding full synthetic engine oil as he doesn't know anything about cars. He was brushed off and told "whatever we have on the shelf is what we have" I then sent him a screenshot of the oil he needs, he went to another staff member and received the same response. They were unwilling to help him so he left.
Later, he went to Autobarn and received great customer service & was helped pick the right product.
Disappointed in Supercheap Auto's staff and customer service. I will NEVER shop at supercheap again.

All what you want for your car in one place. Staff are also very helpful.

Bad service . Workers not hepfull at all .you ask question they tell you i dont know read instructions

Very friendly staff, always willing to help no matter how stupid the question may be. I always go out of my way to make sure I go to the Lakemba store mainly due to the excellent customer service.

Very helpful staff every time I visit. Whilst the store isn't as big as some of the other Supercheap Auto stores, the staff here are always the most helpful.

Went there today for the first timeit was easy to find and had plenty of parking i especially found the sales assitant Con to be friendly and very knowledgeable and put me in the right direction and made my choice easier .
This will now be my store of choice

I went this shop for buy a battery for my car , and asked to staff for size ,according to my car modal, and guy he work there say"" there is BOOK , u can read and find that, then I asked him why should I read this around 2000pages book ? U work in this shop and this is you're job to help customer, then he said I am very busy, I saw he do nothing there. Then I leave this shop and buy battery from other shop, so friends think twice when you shopping this shop.

I usually don't like store catalogues, but the specials at SCA usually involve really fantastic prices. Keep an eye out.
