Supercheap Auto South Wentworthville

The service here is absolutely disgusting. They are shortstaffed and have one person working at the register while the line was 10+ people. I was served by Jeric who had no manners. I will not be coming back here ever as the reviews speak for themselves!

Staff are terrible... not one around for help.. all chatting away felt so uncomfortable.

Customer service is so focused and employees are so friendly. Had nice experience shopping here.

Great auto store, even for pressure cleaners, toold etc

Good luck fining someone to help you, and eventually when you see a staff you look invisible to them. Come on employ few more staff.

I went there in the morning and asked the lady at the front desk politely if they offered old engine oil recycling, to which she responded it was very full and come back at end of the week, she looked irritated by me even asking, I said cool thank you see, and she'd just turn her back without saying a goodbye or you're welcome.
I called the same store end of the week and the same lady picked up the phone, I believe her name starts with a J, I asked if I could recycle my old engine oil, she said she'd go and have a look if there is space, I was literally on hold for 10 minutes and someone else picked up the phone and said "sorry for the hold what can I help you with?", that's very slack customer service from the lady at the start,if you don't want to work then get out and let someone else who is desperate for the job do the work you're incabable and too lazy to do.
It takes you 20 seconds to go outside and have a look if recycling area is full, if you're too busy to do that then communicate to the team to tend to the person who has been on hold for 10 minutes.

What a bargain ! for the tiny price of $10 - the wonderful staff at the Wentworthville store replaced both headlight globes on my daughters car - they showed patience and dedication to the job at hand. Great attitude, great staff and great prices ! thank you from John

Any auto parts available here. Good place for buying tools and parts for a vehicles.

The guy want me to buy CD player from there no box and the petten missing and he lie at me and told don't come with romate control and what was funny he make 10% for me Because this problems lol
