SuperFoodies is dedicated to bringing homemade, nutritious food, free from any nasties to your child's lunchbox.

The challenge of packing lunchboxes can be a tedious thing, but here at SuperFoodies we want to provide families with a homemade, nutritious, no nasties option delivered straight to the child’s lunchbox.
With menus created by a qualified chef and nutritional therapist, attention is paid to packing as much nutrition into each item as possible. We know kids can be picky and countless hours have been spent perfecting and testing recipes to satisfy even the fussiest of connoisseurs.
There are so many chemicals our children are exposed to, often without us even realizing it, so we use organic dry ingredients, free range eggs and toxin free fresh produce.
It can be a minefield at the supermarket checking for additives, preservatives, colourings and then looking at the salt and sugar content. On top of that if you have a child with allergies – it can really be overwhelming.
We are always looking for new ideas, so please if your child wants something – let us know and we can see what we can do. Many of our recipes can be adapted to suit specific diets or allergies too, with gluten, dairy and egg free alternatives easily offered.
