SUPERFUTURE PROJECTS manages a suite of TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS and ONLINE TOOLS that work together to enhance and further improve the QUALITY,  VALUE and EXTENT of our consulting and project work by using evidence-based data analysis.  We are DEMOCRATISING ACCESS to open data to be celebrated equally. Access to OPEN DATA can bridge the information gap between elected officials and their constituents and INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY and EFFICIENCIES, to improve our NEIGHBOURHOODS,  COMMUNITIES, and CITIES. SUPERFUTURE PROJECTS conducts research and gathers and examines data under four (4) channels. Our unique approach to globalisation offers new interpretive and ANALYTICAL TOOLS to understand the COMPLEXITY of global INTERDEPENDENCE to CO-CREATING SUSTAINABLE FUTURES. (2008) CLIMATE RESILIENT CITIESConnecting cities and communities with adaptation projects, practitioners and capital finance. Climate Resilient Cities project investigate the connection between poverty and climate vulnerability through urban analysis, integrated research and practice. This project incorporates a range of policies, strategies and open source data to link communities to adaptation resources and financial assistance providing access to networked urban disaster risk management and climate change adaptation analysis at national, regional and community level. (2009) COMPACT CITIES Liveability Index Ranking (ILR) using a cross-sectoral, holistic approach to reporting on DENSITY, AMENITY, EQUITY & DIVERSITY in our cities and informal settlements. This project uses open source – open data and aligns with the UN Global Compact Cities Programme and its ongoing engagement with innovating cities in the programme and the development of the Circles of Sustainability method through their management of major projects to maximise 'planning by design'. (2010) 52 COMMUNITIES: INFORM, INSPIRE and INFLUENCE. 52 COMMUNITIES is an open data - open source community led consultation and stakeholder management platform focused on CO-CREATING CONSULTATION. The 52 Communities project is a community-driven consultation process that aligns with the Circles of Sustainability domains. Community and voluntary groups participate at a range of levels – from providing advice to co-designing the process, from undertaking aspects of the engagement to delivering projects to meet the project outcomes. www. 52communities.com(2017) GESTALT SYSTEMS: This project is an open source – open data COLLABORATIVE CONTRACTING tool utilising transparent supply chains in construction. The GESTALT SYSTEM provides consultancy on scaling to the future of AI and automation in the built environment. Gestalt Theory relates to solving problems with insight and knowledge. We apply key principles of gestalt systems thinking to our projects to ensure our partners are Smart City ready and their projects can be applied to urban and metropolitan areas where ICT provide ways to enable social, cultural and urban development to improve capacities and efficiencies. www. gestaltsystems. city
