New to the area after relocating. I've found the staff here helpful and friendly. Their shop items are reasonably priced, pharmacists are attentive, take their time explaining things to me and go that little bit further that makes all the difference. Great service.

Used to like this chemist and go regularly, but since they unreasonably changed their policy that only cash is excepted for even 1 jar of formula, it has turned me off going back. I understand there is an issue with people buying bulk and sending overseas, but someone wants to but 1 tin, it's so inconvenient to have to go to the teller first, take my baby out, get back in, drive to the chemist and have to pay cash. The young cashier was very unsympathetic. I had to go back to Hornsby to buy a tin.

The Cashier insulted myself and my autistic child.
I went into buy a number of items, including a script, and the Cashier (a woman ~ 48 to 50 yo), typical working class Australian, with a broad accent, said that I had to pay for 2 items near the cashier because my son had touched and mouthed them when I pulled out my wallet to pay. When I said that I did not wish to purchase these products, she said, yeahhh will yous have to, because he touched them (think Sharon from housos, accent) afterwhich the exchange of words digressed, and she abruptly stopped the transaction, stormed off. and shouted out "HE'S SWEARING AT ME, HE'S SWEARING AT ME" (WHICH i DID'NT)creating a huge scene in front of the other customers.

Friendly staff who are knowledgable and attentive. Received helpful advice on eczema and asthma treatment. Prices are excellent too.
