Bad in all ways
Kept me waiting for half an hour for an ultrasound pregnancy, then I was surprised with a male practitioner when I made it clear I want a female to examine me. I ended up going to a different facility, and the funny thing is the guy in front of me had the same problem with them he didn't want a male to examine his wife.
Waisted my time and ruined my day. And you have to walk cause there was no parking near by and its on main street and it had all no stopping signs.
It's no go for me.

So so rude!! The ladies at the front counter need to learn customer service!! I have never been anywhere where they are just rude and arrogant to there patients. This only apply to the lady's out the front !!
Unreal ! 😡 rude Asian lady that doesn't even make eye contact !! Doesn't explain anything and should only work as a prison officer

Whilst the staff are not bad, but my god, I have never felt daunted and uncomfortable with a doctor in my life.

The doctor who "scanned" me was alarmingly aloof, unfriendly, creepy and cynical. He couldn't talk to me, or look to me in the face. He curtly told me off ("don't ask me that, go on the bed now") when I asked him a question about my condition. There was something "off" about him. I mean, he wasn't brazenly rude or obnoxious, but something wasn't right. Perhaps he is that passive aggressive idiot who plays favourites and just happened to disliked me? I don't know.

Not to mention, he put me in a awkward position where I almost blacked out on the bed. He didn't even care about me, nor treat me like his patient. I'm NOT making some sort of a "character assassination". He really treated me horribly, and I'm not the most sensitive kind. I take it that he just hated me for no reason.

Growled at me for being 3 munutes late and made me wait for 2 hours after appointment time. Rude asian lady was ignoring customers because she was busy talking to her coworkers about her favorite cheese. They don't make eye contact and talk down to you.

I had needle on my knee n the doctor was sooooo rude rude 0000 disgusting bedside manner. He need to learn some manner.

He seemed like someone with a sociopath disorder of some sort. I had a really hard time with him. Not to mention, he put me in a awkward position where I almost blacked out. He didn't even care about me, nor treat me like his patient. He is and old guy. Look out for him, and be wary. I'm NOT making some sort of a "character assassination". It's just what I experienced. And everyone, including skilled doctors like him, are open to criticism and shame.

I've never had an issue with them. Been there multiple times.
