Surf Beach Take Away

This place deserves NO stars for their food or even service. The food is so dirty Looks like the cooking plate hasn't been cleaned in months. my egg n bacon was so dirty it looked like it came of the floor.so disappointed.

Nooooooooo!!!! What happened?!? This used to be an old school takeaway with good old fashioned fish and chips etc. I come back after a few years and now its a 'hipster style cafe' selling basically coffee and cake. I mean, they still sell burgers etc, but the pricing! Woah! Black modern colour scheme, sit down coffee. The old takeaway is gone! No more decent burgers, expensive fish & chips. Now I have to go across the road to the other place for proper takeaway food at decent pricing at Surf Beach. The coffee is ok (hence not one star), but the prices for everything on the menu is higher than average. Disappointing :(.

Pretty standard beachside cafe. Fish and chips are okay if pricey. Coffee is average. Convenience is great.

Quick and simple and more upmarket than I expected

Took a day trip to surf beach, picked up an order of fish and chips from this place and it did not disappoint. Good bit of fish, with skin on cooked nice and crispy. Excellent chips.
