Just bought a skate deck this morning, Got in on sale, So the price was great and the service was awesome. going back to get all my stuff from here from now on.

If I could give 0 rate I would!
I have bought an item that was under sale (Almost like all the other items in the shop), I came back 2 hours after and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and offer only store credit/gift card.
When I asked why I can't get refunded they told me that items under sale can't be refunded and this is there store policy.
To be clear! There is not even one sign in the store to let the customer know about it, such unfair trading. When I said it to the sales lady she told me I should had ask about it, really??? I ask to talk with the store manager, and I have been told be the guy in charge that day that he will be in tomorrow and they opening hours is from 08:00-18:00. I came back and I see the same guy, yeah, the store manager call for a day off. Really??? Btw, the store hours are 09:00-17:30.
So I took the gift card eventually, what a disgrace for them.
No customer service whatsoever, wouldn't buy there again even if I am going to get paid for it. Suggest you to do the same!
