Surfrider Caravan Park Description
On the NSW South Coast, the family operated Surfrider Caravan Park is located in the beautiful seaside town, Barrack Point. Opposite the white sands of Shellharbour beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs it’s far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough for a good time with your family.
Days can be spent at one of the many local attractions like Jamberoo Action Park, visiting a pristine local beach like “the farm” in Killalea State Park or relaxing and doing just nothing at all.
We offer a large range of family holiday accommodation including powered & un-powered camping and caravan sites with use of our barbecue areas and all amenities or our modern fully self contained cabins which sleep up to 6 people.
Come and relax in the cool ocean breezes or book all of the cabins for a family getaway to remember.

Over a road from the beach. Cleaner and groundskeeper do a good job. Office staff however were unhelpful and demonstrate little idea of how to keep guests happy and will happily see guests depart rather than accept or rectify customer service shortcomings.
Nice clean park, very quite when we visited. Off the main roads so not much traffic. Right across from the beach. Could have had a few more pillows on the beds, other than that everything was great.
A lovely place to get away from the city.
Great Location opposite beach and in very close proximity to the cafes, restaurants and pub at Shellharbour Village. Well worth a visit. Also, under new management as of a couple of months ago
Had a great camping weekend. Shirley was fantastic, amenities are really clean and our pitch was excellent with it being right next to the creek. Highly recommend. Awesome location too!

Nice quiet hassle free communal fridge toaster etc shops and beaches are close enjoy your stay
Well your staff are 100% totally nice, I mean where does it say on the fine print I can't bring a generator. Owner walks up to use acts all tough to scare us and goes "I own this place and you guys can't have a generator" hahah what in a non powered camping site 😂😂😂 you funny. How nice
