Over rated and over priced! Went for dinner last night and got 2x6 vegan gyoza’s, 1x vegan ramen and 1x edamame and was disappointed with everything we received. We understand that you were busy as it was a Friday night, but this shouldn’t stop you providing quality food to your customers.

My gyozas were soggy, not pan fried at all like the menu said, and were covered in black flakes (maybe the grill needed to be wiped over). My partner had the vegan ramen and it looked nothing like ramen, more like a thick/chunky soup with noodles. It lacked flavour, and really wasn’t worth the money, especially as it is the most expensive one on the menu. Edamame’s were good but that covered in salt I drank 4 glasses of water to finish them.



Getting served also took nearly 15 minutes as the lady on the register decided to answer the phone and stop serving when there were at least 3 other staff members wandering around the restaurant.



Overall, service was average, food was disappointing and atmosphere was okay. I‚Äôm looking forward to try you again in a few months when the hype has cooled down and hopefully have a better experience ÔŅĹ
