I have got my Hyundai i30 active, this Monday, from Suttons Arncliffe. I love this car very much! I had a Volkswagen and Toyota before, but comparing the driving experiences, so far, Hyundai i30 is the best. And thank you very much for Peter's help, he is a very responsible sales representative. Purchased a new i30 through Peter and it was a perfect transaction. Nothing was too much trouble and Peter went out of his way to help and accommodate. Went in to test drive a car and left in a brand new one! Walked into the dealership and was greeted by Anthony who showed us a couple of cars. Then he took us out on the test drive and the rest as they say is history. If your looking for a new car or just want to test drive one 😉😉

Worst customer service, try to call them and you will know what I mean. Don't order parts through them, absolutely 0 customer service skills. Get another job guys. McDonald's to practice your customer service maybe?

Your staff doesn't take ownership of any case at all, promised to call back but they never did, had to call you guys back again and again. can you believe that I tried to call you guys almost 10 times just to get an accessory that I ordered fitted? you guys are a joke.

What stood out the most was that the staff were even more excited about my new car than I was. The whole process was smooth, effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend these guys :)

Just purchased an immaculate second hand car from John at Suttons Arncliffe. I found him to be cheerful and professional at all times. In fact all the staff were most helpful and pleasant and really look after you during the purchase process. If you are looking for a top quality used car I would highly recommended Suttons Arncliffe.

I went into suttons to buy a new car and I welcomed buy one of the sales team members named Brendan. He was super helpful and helped me narrow down my decision of which car to buy as his extensive knowledge of all cars was amazing! He was not only super helpful but he managed to get me a great deal.
The finance team were also very nice and tailored the finance to suit my needs. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to definitely see these guys!

Since I posted my review , I have received owner reply on google review followed by a phone call from service department. I really appreciate the communications from the management even though they couldn't help much. I have booked an appointment on 2nd May . I will update my review up on the service I receive . Hope to give them a five stars.

I bought my Hyundai i30 from Suttons Arncliffe in February 2016 .Buying experience and first services were excellent but few things they need to upgrade .first of all phone services ! Sometimes it's a long wait to talk to someone! Secondly service appointment waiting time . I rang today to book an appointment with service department because front left window of my car not working and making tick tick noises and I got appointment on May 2!!! One month wait to get an appointment??? What if my car had a faulty engine or something serious and I can't drive my car ? I will leave my car one month to be fixed????? Unrealistic! Looking forward to buy a SUV next year , can't promise to buy another one from Suttons.

Good Luck if you're unfortunate enough to have gotten a recall letter from Mitsubishi! My original letter was dated October 2015. I was given an appointment for 5 January 2016 as the earliest date they could do it. On the morning of 5 January I rang to let them know I was on my way. They told me part was not available and they couldn't do it. I was informed someone should have let me know - well, they didn't.

Was told to ring back in a month. Rang 11 February 2016 - part still not in.

Told to try at end of April 2016 - still not in.

Spoke to Customer Assist was told parts should be sourced before August 2016.

Had another recall letter regarding another issue in July 2016.

Had another recall letter again in November 2016 regarding yet another issue.

Was finally booked in for 16 March 2016 to sort out all three issues. Unfortunately I was unable to make that appointment.

I am now told they cant fit me in till September 2017. What a joke.

After being on hold for 23 minutes, while she looked into it, I was told by young girl on phone "I was welcome to go somewhere else". I am amazed at the lack of help.

Customer service COMPLETELY ABSENT !!!!

Spoke to another local dealership today... am booked within a month to deal with all three issues!

Suttons need to take a look at their level of service

We recently bought two Mitsubishi Mirages from Sutton's Arncliffe. Amal looked after us from the beginning to end. Nothing was a problem for her. She answered all our questions promptly. She was very professional through out. Very easy to deal with. She was very efficient which made the whole buying process easy and trouble free. She kept in touch and kept us informed on the progress. I have bought cars before and this was by far the most pleasant and easiest experience. I would highly recommend Amal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We are new in Sydney and their executives explained to us in details on specification of preferred cars and also the procedures of car purchasing in NSW. We went for 2 test drives and eventually purchased a second hand Nissan Pulsar at reasonable price. Overall experience is great!
