Suttons City Chrysler Jeep Dodge

After leaving my car with them to get an ignition warning light looked at and told that I need to buy a new key ($430) and charged $150 for a diagnostic check, I had to return my car to them as the 'brand new key' was 'damaged' and not even programmed to the car. Not only that but the same fault light came back on and was then told 'we don't know what is wrong with the car'.

It has been over a week now the car has been with them. No contact, no emails (as I was overseas and a phone call couldn't be placed). I've emailed them and tried calling them to no avail.

Not happy in the slightest.

People stay away from this dealer.

Regret bought the car from those people.

Absolutely a joke

I find myself compelled to leave yet another negative review, sadly. Sutton's Rosebery continues to deliver an appalling level of customer service, through staff that don't care, aren't trained, aren’t incentivised, or just can’t remember anything, and processes that are laughable. Never is a promised call returned. Spare parts are either not ordered, or ordered and forgotten. Just waited 2 months for a spare part ordered under warranty, part was in, but no call, only after I called repeatedly, did I find out the part was in. Now must wait another month to get it fixed. All part of the service at Sutton's Rosebery, unfortunately.

Incompetent and rude customer service, untrustworthy mechanics and confusing and misleading contracts relating to what servicing was included with our purchase. All in all a terrible customer experience.

Horrible customer service. Had to bring our Jeep in twice due to a factory recall and both times the car came back with a defect. Both times they tried to let us pay for it.
Waiting time on the phone is about 30 minutes and no one returns any calls or responds to any messages. I wouldn't recommend this Jeep dealer to anyone in Sydney

Continued disappoint after every service. Had enough! Each time my husband receives a call with the assurance that the vechile will be ready for pick up at a 'said time'. Everytime he arrives they give some excuse and he is left waiting for 2 hours or more in the waiting area. Not good enough. We will be going elsewhere as your customer service is absolutely appalling!

Have had a recall on my car for 2 years now which still cannot be fixed due to no parts. Came to service with a missing screw on my shock absorber. Could not be fixed because the $7 screw needs to be ordered from Melbourne! Car was not cleaned on return and unable to supply me with a tax invoice for the service done. I wonder if anything was done to the car for the service I paid?

Brought my brand new Jeep here under warranty, received a phone call 4 hours later saying it was ready for pickup which was super fast. (Did they even look at it)
Upon arrival, I found the vehicle to be in worse condition than what I took it there in.
Their technicians are obviously incapable.
Stay away from this place and Jeep altogether. Would love to be able to give no stars.

Since buying from here the service has been questionable. Immediately after purchase I was told I needed to upgrade to premium paint for $2K. Since then the servicing costs have varied wildly- when challenged this got halved with no explanation of the premium. The courtesy 'clean' does not happen. All smiles buying the car and no loyalty after. Last jeep purchase for me

I BOUGHT A JEEP FROM SUTTONS CITY!! Fantastic customer service from every one there, Elie our sales person was perfect went the extra mile to find the jeep we wanted, more over the car came with more options than what I expected. Elie even included a gift pack, "if you guys ever get any new gift packs let me know i would buy more of them" :)

I visited Suttons because I was considering upgrading my 2013 Chrysler to a newer model. I explained that I wasn't 100% sure of making the change. The salesman, Mo, was professional and courteous, and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I decided, purely for budgeting reasons, that I would not go ahead, but I will definitely be buying a new Chrysler in the next year or so, and when I do I will make a point of Returning to Suttons, and hopefully to Mo.

We just purchased a Grand Cherokee Limited and we could not have hoped for a better service. This guys are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Special mention goes to Mo, one of the best sales person we've ever come accross. We could have bought the car elsewhere but Mo's friendliness, professionalism, service and personnality brought us back to Suttons City Jeep. Jackie, the business manager has been very helpfull in organising the finance option that suited us best. Highly recommend this car dealer.
