Suttons City Fiat

DO NOT GO THERE!!! They didn't fix the problem with gear box in warranty on Fiat 500 and now they ask for $6000 to replace the actuator. Even the Fair Trade could't help as they got the answer: We won't do anything about this matter!

Worst customer service ever! After 3 services they didn't fix the gearbox in the warranty and now when it's expired they have the solution and want to charge to repair it.

Josh is the worst and dodgy sales guy. Not only did he tell me I was getting a new car and give the paperwork for this, when I had issues towards the end of warranty I was told it is a DEMO and NOT NEW - therefor I had 1 x day to get it in. Currently waiting on ACCC as feeling like I wasted $30K on a second hand car I thought was new

First I arrive at 715 like they said for my service and have to wait on the MAIN ROAD as their cue is so backed up! 45 mins later I finally get in and drop my car off.... Then my service cost me over $500 bucks! I also went in for a diagnostic on something that wasn't working 100% like it should and i didn't even get any answers or paper work on the thing I asked to be looked out from them just a "yeah it's fine". Now a few days later and my car won't start because of that part not working! I call them up, wait 20 mins on hold then get told they can't deal with me now that they need to get the job card and will call me back later, 550pm comes still no call back. Called them up same lady (Kim) she's clearly under the pump but she is super rude still and tells me she can't get someone to pull the damn card from the service centre (next door) til Monday. R u kidding? I just wanna know what exactly was done to the park and what answers they came up with... Its not hard people to walk over and get a damn card and call me back!?! Never coming here again on the service and lack of staff around alone.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never recommend Suttons Fiat Rosebery to anyone.

How hard is it to get in contact with you. Clearly you don't pride yourself with "exceptional, second-to-none service" as you have still never returned my call! 6 months after buying a brand new fiat! I will now be taking this to Fair Trading.

Booked in car to have a specific simple chrome part replaced... take car in to have specific part replaced... am told we cannot have part replaced so they have to order it despite being told we needed it, but they have to look at it first to confirm, that the simple part that is missing is the simple part that we asked to be replaced. And se we have to bring in yet again.

LAME. Totally Lame.
