Decided to buy my first Holden and left with a shiny ex-demo SV6 Commodore. Gotta day that dealing with the team at Sutton City Holden was one of the easiest and most pleasant purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This dealership was top notch! Oren went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right car for me. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever, this is so refreshing as most salesmen just push you to make the buy. After I decided, the team at Suttons Rosebery were great and the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional.

Oren sold me my car... he honestly was the best salesman I've come across. Great inter personal skills, didn't come across like usual car salesman. I had been to 2-3 car yards prior to coming here and felt the salesman were pushy and made me skeptical of the deal they were offering.
Oren had a real knack of making me feel like I could trust him. And I did. Thanks Oren, I'll definitely send my friends & family to you when they need a car:)

Last week I traded that car in on a dodge you had and Oren was still there and remembered me. He was once again nothing but professional. Fantastic service and genuinely cared about me. Purchased a used car from Owen , I can feel he is really looking after me even after sales. Sales person can go nasty once the sale is done in other dealerships. I was bit worried / nervous about the purchase but he kept his words. If you are looking for Holden, looking for Owen. He is the man to ease your mind for a stressful car purchase. For Service departments, yes I agree there is a room for an improvement, I can definitely understand why due to their high working loads. ;)

I had my first annual service for my 2013 opel astra sports tourer done here, it was straightforward and professional with a good car wash. The service attendant was able to walk with me to the car and hear out any particular items I wanted check as part of the service. It's just slightly inconvenient location for me to get it serviced relative to where I work and live.

Terrible experience! Had a first scheduled service for my brand new SSV-Redline. Only few checks were needed. No oil change or anything. And I had high expectations because facility is neat and only trained mechanics on a special equipment perform the service...
Yet one of those mechanics apparently managed to sit into the passenger seat having a fresh car paint on his back and left a silver patch behind.
I complained at the reception and a guy went with me to have a look. But once he saw the patch, he said that no way this could happen during the service because he works here 16 years and it never happened during the service...
I didn't argue even though the only person used to sit in the passenger seat was my wife and she works in the office and for the last 16 years never had fresh paint on her back.
So I didn't argue and asked him to at least fix at my expense. The guy agreed and promised to contact me as soon as he books with the specialist. But in 6 month since then they never called me.

Service department provide a disgraceful service. I would give a zero stars if possible. Had a car dropped to the garage to get repaired. Phoned 3 times to get an update to make sure and see if they received the car and to determine if someone was able to look at it. Did not receive any phone call back as promised. After a long wait on the phone at 5pm someone advised that they will try and look at it tomorrow. Didn't even have the courtesy to return phone calls or advise earlier so alternative arrangements could be made. Had a very similar experience the last time we sent cars in for service. Had to send one car back twice to get faults rectified and this took 3 days also.

Peter, thank you for your professionalism, patient and courteous throughout the entire process. I can't wait to see my husbands face tomorrow when he sees his new car!! Once again, thank you for having my best interest in mind and giving me the best deal possible :)
