first call to service, it went straight to their on hold system. waited 10 minutes before it hung up on me. second call also went straight to on hold system, where they repeat at you "your call is important to us so please keep waiting". I find it ironic that your call is so imporatnt to them but they can't be bothered to answer their phone. and would rather leave you on hold for 10 minutes.

update - we had a warranty issue with the diff. they informed us that hyundai wouldn't authorise the warranty repair unless we got 4 new tyres at the cost of $1100. i said I'd come and collect the car to get my tyres elsewhere. at this they said "oh, the mechanics don't want to let the car go" Was this just their sneaky ploy to try and squeeze $1100 out of me?

second update - they broke the stereo while servicing the car. but now they want $143 to look at it to determine if they broke it.

Staff helpful and friendly. Fixed price service was fine. Quoted for two extra service items (brake fluid and wiper blades) I was able to get elsewhere for under half the quoted price.

Great customer service with a no-no service prices! They'll try to charge you every single things, like $25 labour fees to replace a single headlight bulb plus $24 for the bulb itself. So means that is about $100 to replace both of them while you can get a good pair of bulbs of $50 and 5 minutes. And unfortunately a new bottle of powerade was missing from the car.

Excellent service. Couldn't be more satisfied. I will continue to use this dealership for all service requirements on my Hyundai i30 which I am also very happy I purchased. Seems all my friends are buying a new i30. It's not hard to figure out why!

Removed child car seat during service and didn't fit it again, putting our child in a potentially very dangerous situation.

They were instructed and said they would fit car seat twice but didn't - once during drop off and also when they called about the car during the day.

They prominently display a sign stating they are an authorised child car seat installer on their service shop window...

Completely unacceptable. We will never go back there.

Hopefully they will read this and fix this process so it doesn't occur again.

I've been to 5 dealers this months and Sutton City was the second best (very close to the first best).
Staff is competent, they give you a fair value for your car and have good stock of used and new car.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced both in store and over the phone.

Both service staff and manager made this a horrible experience. Took 45 minutes to drop off and similar to pick up. Tried to charge us double the original quote, told we would have 5 minutes only to find a dealership with the original price to match. Manager was dismissive of us and not interested in solving our issues as he explained he had been there since 7am.

It is an absolute headache dealing with this department.

The only positive is the workshop team - they kept us updated and had constant good attitude and customer service. Maybe the service department could learn from them.
