Well, they do a good service; however, I guess that they are trying to be so smart!!!

They tried to charge me $198 to replace a Air Pollen filter that is a 2 minutes job. My question was, if you open the filter holder to check the filter condition as part of the normal service, why would you charge me $200 on top of the normal service to replace it??!?!?!? They did the same for the engine air filter and wiper blade!

The Air Pollen is $50 at any Hyundai!! and I have replace it within 2 minutes!

You guys lost a customer that is all!

I could not believe how easy it was to purchase a new Kia Sportage from Suttons City Kia. Joey Lay was a pleasure to deal with. Each request was met with a pleasing yes; a test drive was no problem at all and he put in the time to explain all of the features of the car to my wife and I, even when I made it clear that I was not ready to purchase on that day. The negotiation process was also a big improvement over what car salesman are famous for (stress and pressure), no hard ball sales tactics here, just a professional customer focused approach that leaves a smile on your face. Well done Joey and Jordan.

Awful experience ever in my life and the worst customer service experience I had either. Joey and Chris were extremely helpful and they both endeavoured to meet at the most reasonable solutions however as the price of the vehicle was slightly over than what we expected, we decided to come back after few months when the price drops down. Jordan who is the manager at Kia Roseberry told us NOT to come back as he's not willing to sell the vehicle to us and I still can't believe he said that. I felt truly insulted. He kept saying Stinger is not the right car for us and was sarcastic. I would love to go back in few months time to buy from Joey, however after awful customer experience by Jordan, I will never go back.
Highly recommend Joey and Chris - If you need to look for sales consultant, look for Joey as he is fantastic to deal with NOT his boss.

I really don't know what to say about my dealings with the staff . I am speechless , i have never experienced such a smooth , professional and friendly sales team as i did when i purchased my Kia Sportage I still can't believe how easy it was and how quick it went .I also used the KIA finance as it was literally half of what my bank was offering and i have got a home loan that is almost payed off with that bank. Very very disappointed, my car went 4 times to the workshop for the same issue. No one know what's going on. No one to take responsibility how so ever. ( Not buying Holden again for sure).

My husband bought a used car from Suttons City Rosebery three months ago. Our initial review, based on the sales team , was excellent. However, since then he has had the misfortune of dealing with the Service Department. What ever you do, DON'T PAY FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY - once they have your money and are committed to having your car serviced by them, 'service' goes out the window. And forget about trying to resolve issues - the Service Manager is never available and doesn't return phone calls. Don, the Customer Service Manager is the only person who has any customer focus but he is surrounded by people who don't give a damn. The general attitude is to ignore anyone who has a complaint, don't call them back and hopefully they will go away!

I am an extremely happy customer. Oren Radmi has given us the best customer service experience. He was very informative & happy to answer any & every question & gives the best price. Will definitely be buying our next car here through Oren.

Fantastic experience buying a used car. Extremely professional and transparent dealing. I dealt with a sales manager Oren Radmi who was pretty awesome. You get your own time and space, no one coerces you into a deal. Felt like am buying a new car. Absolutely recommended.
